The AWD's are definitely the ones that we catch ourselves watching the most. We're so used to how the other ones move, but the way these AWD's "slither" around just grabs your attention.
I did the layout and installation by studying the on line videos Husqvarna had on the web ruclips.net/user/postUgkx2KDztGvdU79XTmlqIMSUyPq8CjprGJOR also recommended it When I started the unit it stated it would take a few days to learn all the spots in the yard. So I thought it was just finding the areas till I noticed it was cutting. It is so quite you don't know it is cutting.
I've heard people saying that their robotic mower tends to get stuck at the edge of a flower bed if there is a drop off there. It seems like this mower would have no issues with that!
Love the video, thanks! We have a wooded garden, not too steep, and about 8000sqm. This presents many obstacles, trees, beds, ponds etc. What would you recommend? Running a guide wire around everything seems impractical, and this mower says "Up to 3500sqm". Thank you!
For that big of an area, you would need a Husqvarna 450X. It's what I use on a very challenging property, and the results are life changing. I have had mine for 4 seasons, and am buying the 550X for an additional, sloped area. Seriously they are amazing, highly recommend a 450X for you.
The 450X and the 430X or XH versions of those models are rock solid reliable units. But the 450X/450XH/550/550H models mow faster than all the other models and in some cases give a noticeably better cut.
Seems like it is really struggling and the blades are probably taking a beating. Not sure what it's doing other than pivoting around a whole bunch. How though does it handle hills that are wet or dry? I have a steep back yard area that I cant take a mower, I have to use the weed eater. It's painful
Nice video, i am just wondering why it stopped and turn around at video 4:50. Was the grass too tall or was there some obstacle that i didn't see on the video? Seriously thinking to buy this 435X and greetings from Finland.
@@RoboticMowerServices Very cool. I have a slope below my 2 acre lawn that my 450X cuts. I am having a forestry mulcher come on and knock down/mulch all the Locust trees and overgrowth. Then we'll put a 535 on it. Can't wait!
I love this thing, but what I don't love is the $6K AUD price tag. Oh well. Can you recommend a robot mower that can handle steep slopes for alot less money? Obviously you get what you pay for, but I cannot pay for this!
Husqvarna only make one chassis for step slope, this 435/535. If you really need 70% incline instead of 45% for the other big chassis then this is their only option. The cost a lot compared to a walk behind mower sure but they charge also for the value of your time not spent on performing that labor (or paying someone to).
This really isn’t the proper environment or intended design for this machine. It’s like taking a mini van off road. Not gonna work so well. Pointless video.
If I have 10 years to wait until this mower completely cuts through tall weeds this would be ideal. Seems like you would still needs some good old fashioned elbow grease to get the job done like you want it. Pass…
Very little! And no time involved by a human. If it trashed all mower 3 blades while doing this we are out about $6 and less than 5 minutes of tie to change them. A conventional mower hits any of those tree stumps or grabs any of those roots and you're out a few hundred dollars.
hypnotizing. anyone else just yelling at the mower "dont go that way, Go that way!"

There was a tree root that was sticking up just enough to catch the bumper
Did it get through it? I have a 450X, considering a 535 for a sloped area I have.
Yep! It had that area cleared out in no time. Now you can't tell it was an overgrown jungle anymore in that area.

Half the price and triple the sales is something that would work here

i tought it would say collision problem
Looks like it takes a lot more to slow one of these down compared to other robotic mowers.
They definitely do not get stuck as easily or give up as easily as other brands and models of robotic mowers do
You pay for what you get.
This is not a lawn. What is the point and mow bushes with this mower?
Si se hubiese comprado dos Cabros seria mucho mejor😅
it got free
Nah, orec brush cutter all the way.
Yeah, kick ass brushcutter.

I'd just brush cut it , it would be quicker and alot cheaper .
its one weeknes
thank you for likeing my 2 comments

Exactly!
Junk
This is oviously NOT what this machine is built for.
Not what it's built for, but an hour later it had that entire area safely mowed down and all we had to do was replace $6 worth of cutting blades.
@@RoboticMowerServices I'd love to see the entire process!
I don’t have all day to have my lawn mowed. I’m an old man and I can clear lawns way faster than this thing. All I need is a Gatorade.
Just think of all the extra time you would have to comment on RUclips videos if you didn't have to be out there mowing your lawn!
Then cut your own yard and no need to comment. Jeez
badest ever i have ever seen. not drive in to high grass or not buy it...
so, how much power did that stupid robot consume to do a 2min job normally completed by a conventional mower.

You really don't get the point of automatic mowers do ya?
