Four people were arrested in connection with the disappearance, one of whom was the grandmother to Butler's kids. What evidence have you seen that all the people arrested were part of the crime? Being anti government and pro god (I'm an atheist personally) are not crimes. All I heard was opinion of some lady who doesn't like right wingers apparently and a bunch of video of police driving down the road. @@sbrecke1507 I don't know any of them. I'm just an American citizen who believes in innocent until proven guilty. If they're guilty, so be it: may justice punish them. But ... what exactly is the evidence that all these people are guilty? If you're not asking that and getting good answers, then you don't believe in America and you don't value freedom. In fact, you would be everything that is wrong with America these days. But that's probably not true, right? You would want there to be evidence and not just public opinion or law enforcement run amok to send your fellow citizens to prison, right? When other citizens lose their rights, you've lost your rights too, right? If tbey're guilty, prove they are guilty. It's that simple. I'm not taking their side. I have no reason to do that. I'm protecting my rights and your rights. Or at least, I'm speaking up for them. Sure sounds like there was a crime committed, but did all these people really participate? Maybe they did? I think she had connections...from what I have read of the afadavit, the grandmother specifically asked one of the four court approved chaperones NOT to be available on that day....that was one of the chaperones that grandma liked...this witch planned this so far in advance...

It should never have been public knowledge that it was her that said anyone to police. Someone messed up bad by releasing that information. I'm proud of her, but there's still more crazy cult members out there, and now she's marked.

I can't believe that grandmother had custody of the two children. Yhese two beautiful ladies are gone at the hands of such evil. My heart and prayers go out to their families. And children now left witout their moms. I also hope these evil doers spend their lives in prison

In that small town, the judge knew the grandmother was and what she was capable of. The justice and court systems failed the mother and her children and the court appointed guardian.

I just listened to an interview of a lawyer that used to represent this grandmother in her child custody battle. He says the reason it got so contentious was that the mother has an 18 years old half brother that is accused of sexually assaulting both children in the case, his own brother as well as others. This was investigated and it was concluded this most likely happened and the report is on the prosecutors desk. The mother did not believe her brother did these things. That is the reason the mother had to have supervised visits with the kids because they were afraid she would have her brother around the children and this would be harmful to them. I am in no way condoning what they did but it is a significant part of the story no one else is talking about. They are more focused on "Gods misfits" and the mother looking haggard.
These people definitely dont know the real Jesus. They have made God out to be whatever they want him to be,not who He actually is. Because this is the exact opposite of what Jesus would want or do. They made these choices, God did not want this.
That’s often the problem with the self righteous, they maintain they operate with religious righteousness.
Seemingly, it’s tough for people to truly understand the difference when conducting themselves.

I thought that the reporter was looking for an angle other than official news reports and press conferences. Sounds as though the interviewee was a suspicious neighbor and just offered up what "little" she knows about these people other than mail deliveries. For additional arrests, she probably making conjectures about the group as whole, maybe on other things.

You must live in a big city, that area is farmland most of it is either growing crops or is used as pastures for cattle, and some is used as Hog farms, it is nearly all private owned. It's not anything like the old west.

I've heard the farm being called a "compound". Seeing it on youtube, where did they get that? It's a farm, with grain bins, barns, quonsets. Drive through the Midwest, they are not compounds. Just normal farm business. Grain goes in the bins, cattle in the pole barns, and expensive equipment is stored in a quonset for protection from the elements. Any productive farm in America uses these. 😮
