I have the Eley hose cart with 150 ft of Water Rite 1/2” hose. Love this set-up! Cart is easy to roll around to various hook ups on 2+ acre hilly property. The hose is light weight and I get great pressure with the 1/2” hose. Highly recommend the Eley cart.

I just ordered the hose splitter and hose guides. I had been looking for a good quality hose splitter .I find your reviews of quality garden equipment extremely helpful. You have not steered me wrong yet.
The Eley in ground hose guide is really nice for mowing. I know my husband hates that I have a few of those near the grass and he has to remove them and then I have to remember to put them back. Usually the later doesn’t happen until I have my hoses over my plants.
You could make some kind of permanent little bag hanging on the side of the carts so you had the discs with the different holes on hand whenever you might need to change them....at least that's what I would do😅
Laura have you thought about starting some of your Dahlia tubers in pots indoors to get a jump start on the growing season. Maybe you could do a comparison between the dahlias started indoors and the ones planted directly out later in early may? Just a thought.

Hi Fredi- the connections really don’t leak? My regular connections leak both at the faucet and the nozzle always forever, years and years. I need successful hose connections. Your feedback would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
@@mollypitcher9380 Hi, Molly. Yes, I have used the plastic ones for years, used to replace the o-rings all the time. Couple of things I really like about the Eleys. 1, they have a 'grease' you can buy from them to lubricate the o-ring so it stays supple and doesn't leak. Also, They have full flow so you don't lose any water pressure like the plastic ones. They are the size of the hose inside (don't know how to explain it better). Also, I don't have the big shut off handle that Aaron was demonstrating. I have the smaller shut off, which I'm glad I do, because of the weight of the quick connects. In combo, they are still heavy, but I absolutely love them and need more! They are worth the price. Hope that helps.
I was so excited to see you demonstrate the Eley hose reels! They are by far the best out there. I've had one for 10 years and it works just as well today as the day we received it. The hose reel along with Eley's no-kink hose has made gardening and yard work much less frustrating. Thank you for the incredible time and effort you put into all of your videos! Those quick connectors look amazing. Love using a quick connector on my faucet. Have 2 hoses and it’s so easy to switch them without unscrewing. Game changer in my garden. Wow so many pretty dahlias.
Hi Laura & Aaron, could you explain the process of ordering dahlia bulbs? Could you explain how planting two bulbs (small bag) vs planting 8 bulbs (large bag) translates into the finished look during the blooming season?
Such pretty dahlia tubers. I’m a big Winnie the Pooh fan & have a garden I call my Pooh garden (has figurines my mom gave me in it). I definitely am going to order a Pooh dahlia. So excited!
So I just ordered some hose guides. My hose kept slipping off the top of mine plus I tripped on it too many times. Plus I ordered the nozzle set. I plan to use it to clean my outdoor furniture (hopefully it will clean well while being gentler than a pressure washer). Thanks for showing them! I have been looking for hose guides for quite some time!
I like all the things you receive because it saves me from trying things out. I have bought many things you use and wouldn’t have if I hadn’t seen you demonstrate.
So much goodness in this video! I love the dahlias, beautiful colors and styles! What a great gift from brother in law to sister in law. And the hose carts and attachments, wow! Look like cousins of fire hoses with the power and quality in just this short example. 😁👍💕
I cannot wait for your cut flower garden this year! We had our first frost yesterday, so now I’ll be getting my flower fix from watching the northern hemisphere 💕
I have a fabric hose that I use in the backyard which I really really love. It is so light compared to normal hoses and it never kinks and when you have finished watering it flattens out as it drains so it stores in less space. I really, really love how light it is I have no problem hauling around 50’ of hose and it feels nice in your hand too. Regular hoses can be a workout hauling about but the fabric one is a breeze even when there’s water in it. I’ve had it for 3 years now and with regular use nothing has worn out and no leaks either so I am super pleased.
Omg the in-ground swinging faucet blew my mind 😱🤯. I also love the quick connects. Ours are on in their last legs and need to be replaced. These look awesome. What a great video. Gave me some advice I can really use. Thank you Aaron and Laura 👍🏼👊🏼
Its the pits that some items you review do not ship or distribute into Canada 😔 ie. Garden Supply and Eley. There are numerous things that I wish I could get!!!
We got this one last year. It's expensive, but we love it! Like she said, it's super sturdy. Most ones don't seems to last to long. To me, it's worth paying more to get quality. I say get one! Have a blessed day! also, I want more Dahlia's! always one of my favorites!!!
The hose reels and accessories look awesome, we will be ordering for sure!!! Wasted good money on a reel that cracked and leaked in 2 months, on a part that can't be replaced!
I loved the Eley ground hose guide. It was really doing a good job guiding the super long hose around the corner of the cut flower border. At the same time it was discreet.
Fantastic, Thank you for the unboxing. Made my purchase right after I seen this. That hose guide looks like a life saver and a plant saver. I always have issues with hitting plants and newly planted trees, I thought I was going to lose my peach tree due to the fact I never realize how the hose is disrespecting my garden at the hands of me dragging it through all the precious plants. Thank you so much for this.

Good morning Laura Aaron kiddos and kitties and everyone watching
Love the sturdy look of those hose reels and the other products. Nice!
That watering nozzle 🤯🤯🤯🤯 I need to try that ASAP. Definitely ordering
Laura after looking at you unboxing those dahlias, I think I'm going to look for some of those varieties, they are beautiful!!!!
no way could I put that together.. happy to watch you.
Love the spray of the hose with that attachment 🤩 the moment it was on, I was like YESSSS!! 👍🏼 NICE 👍🏼
Hi Laura & Aaron, could you explain the process of ordering dahlia bulbs? Could you explain how planting two bulbs (small bag) vs planting 8 bulbs (large bag) translates into the finished look during the blooming season?
So excited for all the bags of pooh🤣
Good Morning 🌞 everyone!
Good morning, Grace!
good morning Grace and Karen! 🌺 ☕️
Yes, antiquing is always the way to go! 🎉🎉
I really want one of those hose guides ! I hate when the hose drags over my plants !
I have had my Elly hose reel for 4 years and love it. It is definitely made to last and a great purchase. Love their heavy quick connects.
What a lovely hose set and I’m definitely excited to see those dahlia flowers 🪴🌺🪴
Aaron, for consistent spreader idea, think along the lines of filling a sewing bobbin. Your helpers might could invent such. Just an idea.
We have had the eley hose carts for a couple of years and we love them. A true quality product.
I totally agree! Especially all those beautiful pots. For the life of me I cannot find anything like that in Edmonton, Alberta
Same, but to New Zealand 😁
The hose carts are amazing. We have a very deep yard and this would be ideal for us, if affordable.
Very impressed with those hose reels, I'm still looking for a decent one that doesn't leak.
We got this one last year. It's expensive, but we love it! Like she said, it's super sturdy. Most ones don't seems to last to long. To me, it's worth paying more to get quality. I say get one! Have a blessed day! also, I want more Dahlia's! always one of my favorites!!!
Check out their video about hoses.
Lots of great information, I can’t tell you enough how “quick connects” changed my life, they are amazing!
Omg!! My husband and Arron said.. "pooh??" At the exact same moment 🤣 funny video today! Thanks for the giggles!
Another enjoyable morning. Thank you.
