How is your channel not growing!!! It is one of the best as far as Car Content goes. I hope you get some new exposure and your channel takes off!!
Completely agree 👍
IMO, the truck project dragged on too looong and got to be a painful watch. I've been a subscriber of his for a long, long time since like 20k. This is the only project of his that wasn't really engaging Ifor me. I love the result, though it's an awesome looking custom.
I agree!
@@Pedroisanickname I disagree as I found it an awesome build and looked forward to seeing how he worked it all out. Brent's attitude has inspired me in doing my project, a 1938 Buick Century.
@@Pedroisanickname And at the other extreme there's that other ahem ..."builder" in Nova Scotia that's always starting a new project every couple weeks, and never finishes anything. Who's painful to watch period. 😮
It is so great to see how you have bounced back from the disaster that you folks went thru with the loss of your
old shop, It has been mega hours of work but you do seem to have your dream shop and your not cramped for space.
It's a good feeling to have your ducks all lined up. Well done and keep the first class content coming our way.
Brent, love that GMC is already on the road to be driven, not trailered to custom meet ups! It now is living a second life as a fun truck! Mega Kudos!
My favorite channel. !!!!!!! for years now !!!
Can't wait till see the studebaker getting worked on! It's such a oddball car/ truck but it works! And with your finesse, I know it will turn out amazing
Is it a ElStude or a Studero ?😅
@@IEchuckieI would call it a Coupe Express II. Studebaker made the Coupe Express from 37 to I think 39 but it was not a good seller even though they were beautiful..... especially the 37's.
That is a brilliant way to change out a front end! You saved so much work and so much time.. Nice old Jimmie!!!
Minty !
Pablo Loves his new ride .
Thank You for sharing your video, and letting us hang out .
Later ...
One thing sticks out from the comments and that is you can’t keep everyone happy. I’m just thankful you let us into your world Brent. Watching you take on the different dramas with your great attitude is so refreshing 😊
I would love to see that All wheel Drive creation come to fruition one day . But love seeing you work !
From the moment you sat in behind the wheel, I was hit by a huge wave of nostalgia. My first "real" job was as an apprentice to a truck mechanic in 1963, right out of high school. Driving those trucks, that were brand new, was like driving a stiff, unforgiving piece of post oak. Nonetheless, it was wonderful and the obvious power of lower-geared trucks was intoxicating. I don't blame the owner of this nice truck one bit for wanting to use it as a daily driver. Bravo for realizing the ride quality can use a bit of softening.
I'm sure most of us would be happy to see this wonderful Studebaker in the shop for a great project. Another pick-up but with a rare beauty. 😉
I'm so pumped on this one!
I love the look of the front of that truck.
I remember back in the 1980's they were practically giving those big trucks away once they stop running good. I remember this guy had a whole wrecking yard full of big trucks and RV's . My friend bought a couple of RV's to live in.
Must people take a well deserved rest--Brent does an "easy" project!😆
Amazing project!
Thanks for another , Brother !
Home built by Jeff is doing a frame swap from an old bus lots off smallish jobs to make it fit . Looking forward to see what you do with the Studebaker low and 4wd please .
Wish that GMC had the 305 V6
IM GONNA LIKE THIS BUILD 👍
A cool change over.using contemporary under carriage parts. Like it man!
The Studebaker would look killer with a 59 impala style truck lid and wings!!!!
Thank you for a great video once again 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Hi My Dear Friend Very Very Great Job I Like It ❤❤❤❤❤
Pablo looks happy cruising in the new hot rod. Thanks.
I like big trucks!! LoL
Cool project, Brent. Be neat to see how things come together. Take care 👍
I've got to say I'm loving you back on the spanners with Big trucks! 💚🇬🇧🌱 Nice change after all the sewing...🫶
Looking good 👍👍
That stude is so cool. I like the truck, a P30 camper frame works good on those trucks but I like the way you did it better, the heavy duty frame is nice to keep if you want to haul a car or heavy stuff
Head gaskets for sure
The Phoenix WILL rise again!!!
Cool stuff. Enjoyed watching ✌️ 😎
Nice project very informative great content
Brent, I sure do like the 66 GMC Orange Paint Job.. This build will make the truck ride and steer better. Cool Pablo taking a boot at the end was cool..
This is an interesting project! It is different from your usual projects.
Love the big trucks, wish people did more of them. Love it
The 66 is a beautiful looking truck. A guy could make a nice camper on the back. MY dad owned, and I learned to drive on a 64 GMC pick-up. I'm looking forward to this project.
Can’t wait to see what you do to resurrect the ‘37 truck. She was a spicy gal.
Next to the General, the 37 was my favorite build!
@@notajp Me too. I loved that thing.
Pablo loves the convertible truck, great GMC build there.
I think Pablo is really digging the green truck. Looking forward to this big truck. Carry on Brent!
Great project, Brent! Looking forward to seeing how it goes.
I am hoping you rebuild the white and green truck. I loved that truck, it looked the best (but I also love the Model A truck too that you have).
But I watch all of your vids. Sometimes, about 3 times or more each.
Kool truck. Don't you love it when a plan comes together.
Can’t wait to see the next project.
Good tips on the chassis swap idea!
It definitely sounds like the easy road, until you realize nothing lines up, and everything needs to be built.
That's a nice looking truck too! I dig the old big trucks! Personally, I'd like to see the frame shortened, and a big 'ol bed put on it. Call it the Colonel! (like the General)
You have to go back to that coop. That’s the one that you left us hanging when your shop got burnt down we were loving that build.
I did say I was going to start on it this winter...
@@HalfassKustoms that’s the last step of the rebuilding process, no project left behind.
Take a break Brent but love what your doing to rhe old truck! God bless you Brent!
You just have to save the Tiger truck!
1 ton or camper rear end with super singles arre a Kool look for this series truck....the general 😊
That's a cool project , I like the pickup box idea !👍
Wow!! You did that front end like you may have done it a time or 2 before, lol. It amazes me how you can make things fit like you do. To do all you have to do and still manage to put out the videos like you do....other RUclipsrs could learn a thing or 2 from you Sir. Best by far 💯
Great project and great looking truck!
Only for you would that work out so well,I’m happy for that but you have true vision and skills Brent. Thanks John from Arizona
Well planned out , good measuring .. those trucks lowered are pretty cool !!
good show Brent Keep on Truckin😎👍
Hey Brent, A really nice project to update a neato rig for driving, Cab is in great shape but looks huge. Frame fit is really good you did well researching the parts and finding that front end. I see it going to gether and looking great and work like factory. Your friend is lucky to you on his project. Take Care, Dennis
Cool project! Looking forward to more. Cheers! 😎👍🛻🏁🏁
Kind of a cool mix up on projects.
Love the Studebaker ute - looks nearly 'factory' - pity they didn't do one - cheers
Im looking forward to the Studebaker build. That would be killer with air ride and an LS. I agree that the work that has been done is sweet. So just leave it alone.
I find this VERY interesting . Its a beautiful truck , it just needs your magic touch !
Nice video of your immense knowledge of swapping stuff to other stuff!
BTW... I'm the guy that sent you the email requesting the before and pics of the GMC roadster.
I'm still getting around to posting something on that. Thanks!
I think your logo painted on the roadster's doors, like it's been on there for 50 years, would be kickass! Or rather, Halfass cool! ;)
I am looking forward to the two pot master cylinder conversion. I have one I'd like to do here! Looks like a fun project.
Shes got the Harley colors for interior. Nice
Hey Brent, if I didn’t know better it looks like you’re having fun with that truck. Again more amazing creative problem solving.
I’d like to see the Studebacker running 😊
If you're looking for those vice grips you lost, take a look at the driver door in the coupe. 😉
Thanks for sharing 😀👍
Love the. Content this is a great video
You could just give the Studebaker a quick spray with some cheap paint from Rural King. Just something to keep the rust under control. Like you I think its a very cool ride. It's a sure bet you won't see another like it . Would've been great to have met the guy who built it!
Great video Broski!
This looks like its going to be a nice break from the usual, Cant wait to see more . Stuart in Ontario ..
awesome bret make more projects god bless you bro
Yeah it'll be nice. Little job like you. I was getting a bit tired of the other job you were doing on the green car so this will be something new. Looking forward to the rest. 👍👍🙂🇨🇦
Looking forward to this one, planning to do exact mods to a 54, 6100
I like this project!!
That's a great looking rig, if you get it riding softer,be great, i recon flat bed ,thanks for sharing, all the best to you and your loved ones
Brent you hit the nail on the head ,,,, when you said it's fun to build Ed
I love how you make things work so easy. Most would have swapped the chassis. Great job. Long time lover of this channel. Cheers from Newfoundland.
Dream cars everywhere! I love it! So sorry bout what ya went through bro and it's so cool seeing ya on the upswing & back at what ya lv!
That thing would be awesome as a flat bed/roll back for hauling a classic car to shows.
Maintenance on running cars or truck your fleet
I'm looking forward to the Studemino build. I'm doing an S10 clip and rear end in my 49 Pontiac this winter.
Your comment that it "rides like a cement truck" just struck me as funny. I spent just over 20 years driving a mixer and would have been happy to have an actual rear suspension that cushioned the ride, they all had walking beams which had great articulation but did nothing for ride quality. ... when the Dodge/Desoto/Plymouth gets back in the shop will a major step forward but the one I'm really looking forward to see back again is the 37 ...
Yeah finally the coupe, Thats coupe is what brought me to your channel
That GMC is a Beaut!
Nice.
Z'd chassis and a 10 foot tray.
What a neat project....sure is gonna b nice...great vid Brent
😂 thx 🤠 hey Pablo 🐶
They are really huge projects with you 😅
Time to have some fun.
Will be rolling up with the Studebaker soon. To my knowledge it hasnt been washed in over 30 years. Im on the fence. The gmc is awesome! Front end swap looks easieir than i imagined.
Excellent content, Brent.Ester is a good wife, be well.
I hope that truck will stop better than it will go.
That Jimmy could be the world's coolest roll back wrecker/tow truck.🛻
For the Studebaker I just change that back window to something more rounded
This is a change from your usual content. Nice for a change. 👍😎
One thing about RV'S and boats they dont get many hour's on they most of the time .I like this one, Brint 👍
I love this truck, I can wait to see it!!!!
Should put a long bed dually bed on it
Oh I like trucks this on will be fun. Let your mind wander , I like when you get creative.
It's fun, something different. 👍👍👍
