A good visit is Lincoln old prison and still has the court in the adjacent grounds, still has gravestones in the grounds. A great place to visit. It’s inside the castle walls up by the cathedral on the hill, you may have already visited so apologies if you have, Robbo.

i believe Ricky Tomlinson from the TV show The Royal Family spent time here in the 70s not sure how long but but was jailed for 2year's, its connected to him being part of flying pickets during the miners strikes, the group of men were known as the Shrewsbury 24

I think the PCSO was being quite reasonable and she knew she didnt know the laws. You could have been far more clear with her concerning the laws. 1) Explain the CAA control and govern the UK air space. 2) Explain there are different laws for different weights/classes of drones 3) Explain that for a sub 250g drone there are virtually no limitations apart from the CCA imposed restricted airspace. 4) Have a printed copy of the CAA guidance she can read 5) SHow her the side of the drone with the weight category. I realise that this would not make such an interesting watch, but there would be a lot less hassle.
Well they also have the same technology to look that stuff up, if in doubt ask someone who might know on comms, instead of the usual go to with police or others is to say it's not allowed.

You could argue the same about, Roads, Boats, Planes, Knives, Guns, Cars etc. The list is endless. The Police person was 100% correct.
