      @@khushbooagarwal8383 okay.. it's not a big deal loosing your weight while living in a hostel if you can be a punctual with your diet.
      1. Start your day with one glass of lukewarm water. Either i eat my breakfast or lunch. Breakfast is more important than lunch btw.
      2. Two chapati in lunch n dinner with dal sabzi, include some green salad in your meals. You can purchase veggies from outside if your hostel mess doesn't provide it.
      3. You may feel hungry in starting but trust me you will not feel hungry after 5-6 days.
      4. Before half an hour of every meal, drink one glass of lukewarm water. Don't drink water while having your meal. Drink one mug hot green tea after one hour of your breakfast/lunch n dinner.
      5. Have some healthy options for mid time snacking between lunch n dinner or for night time like dry fruits, murmure, bhune chane or fruits except banana, chiku, mango n grapes.
      6. Eat everything slowly, chew every bite for minimum 28-32 times. Don't talk or watch tv or mobile while having your meals.
      7. I take 1000 steps specially after dinner bcs we don't have to do any physical work after dinner, it hardly takes 15-20 minutes. I instantly go out for a light walk and drink my green tea after coming back.
      8. No sweets, no sugar, no outside food, no junk food, no icecreams, no biscuits, no namkeen, no fried items, no rice, no packed snacks etc. In short nothing unhealthy.
      9. I take my one cup of tea early in the morning using desi mishri n double tonned milk bcs i can not start my day without tea. 🙂
      10. Every 10th day is my cheat day. I eat whatever i want BUT IN LESS QUANTITY.
      11. Whenever i feel like to have something salty n fulfilling apart from lunch n dinner, i make knorr soup. 😁👍👍 👍

      I take 3 ltr water a day, and because it's winter, i take lukewarm water only.
      I'll start talking green tea, i hope it helps.

    It absolutely works! I followed a very similar plan in 2016 and my body fat went down from 17-18% to 10-11% in just 2 months. I ate healthy 95% of the time. The energy you feel is addictive.

      @@RahulOwL7 Mostly 2200-2500 calories but 5-10% of the time, I ate 2800-3000 calories. I tried 40-50% carbs, 30-40% protein, 10-20% fats but couldn't keep it up all the time. I now value a body which is strong and can be maintained with a simple diet. 12-14% body fat is good. Below 12% becomes hard to sustain.

    Hi brother hope you will be ok and enjoying good health. Brother actually I tried everything am not talking about related this video this just related about my diting So, brother I can try everything but I failed to reduce my belly fats I can eat less and do exercise everyday and little workout but my belly still there just little bit reduce not a good result my whole day routine as follows :-
    Sugar : X
    Drings : monester or normal drink only weekend not every day
    Tea: 3 times a day
    BRAKE FAST : 10AM
    I egg with cup of tea
    I glass of fresh mango juice
    LUNCH TIME: 2:30PM
    1 CHAPATI WITH CHICKEN MEAT OR SOME TIME LINTS
    1 Cup of tea.
    FIRST BRAKE MEAL : 7:30Pm
    1 Apple or some time 1 Pears + little quantity of black grapes.
    I cup of tea with 2 crosent cake
    2ND BRAKE MEAL :
    I DISH OF Boiled Banaspati Rice with vegetables + salad or some time with lints or meat.
    I cup of tea.
    3RD BRAKE MEAL : 1:30PM
    SMALL QUANTITY OF CASHUNUTS
    SMALL QUANTITY OF PISTAHSU NUTS
    And one glass of milk.
    And that's it

    Hi, According to the caption of ur video u r absolutely right, and I m totally agree with you. But you told not to do cardio more then 5 to 10 min, so please also share your views abt the person who are in long cardio sports like Distance running, cycling, swimming...

    one serious issue i want sir to include in his videos is about sinus/allergy problems since many of us suffer from these but ignore them by labelling them as common cold symptoms. It sometimes become very irritating to workout with a heavy/stuffy nose!

      Heard of Jal neti? helped me a lot, stay away from oxymetazoline hydrochloride (otrivin, nasivion etc) and take care of nutrition and hygiene to prevent recurring infections. Figure out your allergens (dogs, pollens, dust etc) and try to stay away from them. Jal neti (with salt), humidifier (nose steam) and nebuliser (when you have an infection) will help you out.

    I am Doing EXERCISE 6 day a week . And taking non oily and non sugary foods . But my chest and belly fat doesn't reduce. How can I make a good athletic body at home? Bcz gym are closed.
