It appears that we only get to see what interests the two of you, what's worse is Adam will be focusing in on what he wants to look at ....then Michael mentions another point of the room and Adam zips the camera to that .....then zips again back to his interest.... zig zagging all over the place and skipping completely over what may interest those of us who are not there all the while every time Michael says anything you sway the camera back on him ....possibly you might start at one side of the room-do one complete scan of the entire room, one side to the other, then start pointing out the parts you two find interesting, I've never watched anything made me feel so dizzy, I do love watching the tours of these amazing properties tho maybe while Michael is busy measuring how wide the bed is or the movie screen length, that's a good 20-30 seconds you could be panning the rest of the rooms 🤔

Thanks Michael and Adam! Our family loves this show. Today our 9-year-old passed a wine shop in the mall and called it an “Adam area.”
Just want to point out that there is a little smudge or something on the screen. Check out the white wall on the left around 25:28, when Michael walks outside. We’ve noticed it on other videos and thought it might be our TV, but it’s in the actual video. (Otherwise refer to the white master bathtub shot in the $50k per mont rent place.)

Is it just me, or does it seem as if they're racing through these videos lately? I remember the days Michael would actually look at stuff. Now it's just, "There's the bathroom" as he walks by, or just walk right under the chandelier and not even mention it. The last video, Adam had a room in the B-roll that they never even went to during the tour. Seems like they're just mailing it in these days.
They only have 20 minutes inside the houses cause of covid. This video would normally be an hour long just on the first room lol

@@closinginonclosure also 3.6 million a year, 36 mill for 10 years, 360 mill for 100 years which seems kind of cheaper to me than other mansions in Bel Air.
Actually it's kinda cheap - amortize a $25 million value, add in $375k property taxes, $300k in insurance. Probably has a $5k electric bill and then you have to hire staff at $35-40k a month. It ain't cheap to live like this. The landlord is probably operating this rental at a loss, depending on the rise in property values and the tax write-off to make it work financially.

I mean for those b roll shots it's probably filmed at about 120, then edited in 30. He wouldn't be able to film in a higher framerate, plus I don't think that would solve anything if it hurts your eyes. Higher framerates tend to be more straining on the eyes for most people.

@@oHeihei nah it wasn't in the broll, more when he was just showing in the house, cause they were kinda fast to move through it there was a lot of shake, a higher frame rate would make for a smoother movements and make it easier to focus on things as opposed to jittery movements

The painting at 4:37 looks like a parody of the 'Gaucho' album cover by Steely Dan from 1980 (my fav btw). This perhaps lends more fuel to the fire regarding what's actually in the hidden and forbidden room right next to the painting. After all, a lot of us know what a Steely Dan actually is, haha; and after seeing the disco debauchery room, I wouldn't be a bit surprised.
Also, a gaucho is a South American cowboy, which might coalesce with the sculpture in front of the painting.

People renting this are multi millionaires or even billionaires and $300,000.00 is equivalent to staying at a 5 star hotel or a Disney vacation for normal people. So it’s not all that expensive depending on what you get. In Las Vegas, New York, LA and other big cities that have night clubs, people spend $500,000.00 on bottle service and that’s just one night of drinking. It’s only crazy because you don’t have the funds to rent the place.
