He must be such a positive influence to everyone around him. All the expensive cars, watches, and homes are nice but his character is really what makes the channel. He's always happy and optimistic. With this level of determination in life, nothing is impossible. Having a friend like this would change your life.

I think so too...I initially watch this channel due to curiosity about luxury stuff and lifestyle, which usually not enough to make me subscribe. However, Michael’s personality is so infectious and his positivity is a breath of fresh air every time I watch this channel.

I LOVE how Michael talked about the costs of ownership! You never see that on house tours, no one ever talks about the everyday costs of living! I think it provides even more insight in where your wealth would need to be to own. You might have a 100 million dollars in your pocket, and think you could afford this... But when you factor in tax, insurance, and monthly bills you would still need a steady stream of income/wealth to maintain this kind of living more than a few years! It really makes a 40 million dollar house even more fascinating! It really would only make sense if you could buy in cash and still had several million pouring in a year. Your housekeeping, landscaping, would be monthly paid services too.. It is mindblowing when you put all in perspective.
I think at this pricepoint the house needs at least 2 or 3 full size kitchens,. Beautiful home. I would live there💜

Certaily having lots of money helps but by come down to earth and spending the time to show people what the money can offer in a very fun and enchanting attitude is priceless. Not many rich people in Beverly Hills will do this. Thank you so much for sharing part of the great city, especially a Brit that fall in love with Southern California. I know that big house that was for sale for 250 million ended up selling for 100 and something, costs something like 10 million a year to run keep, clean, and also comes with 2 Michelin star chefs

It's Beverly Hills, this is a lot of land and house for the money actually. For acres of land you should go far away from Los Angeles, everything there is quite crammed.

just like all real estate, there will be negotiations before a final price is reached. Having said that, I don't see this going for less than 35mill.
being a brand new house i think the realtors would want to get the most out of it.. later on it will get slightly cheaper after it has an owner go broke :D
To me you're going to need a couple of hundred million in the bank to see this as feasible and if that's the case you're going to prob want a view. Would this be your home with that much in the bank? Thinking about the taxes as well. A lot of real estates not selling in BH, I don't know if that's with Covid but not much is moving on Tulia. All the multi multi millionaires that want to live in Beverly Hills are prob already there. My guess this will go for 30 max, I'm not an expert through.

It won't go for 40 mil. There was an absolute stunning house with a golf simulator that only went for 11, I understand that was right up at Mulholland and this more in the heart but I can't see it going for 40. If it wasn't for all the taxes people wouldn't look for having the price dropped.
Also hilarious to me that every time they get in a guest house Michael goes “You could live in Here Adam” lol.

40 mill, yet NO BIDET in any, but ONE! Many loos have built ins, these guys find auto open amazing! My first custom 3000' build, bidet was approx. 2'x2' in 6'x4' toilet room. Adequate for the 2 and priceless 24/7 clean!

Yes they should do one on a stately home! They would need to film it in 3 episodes as they are so big! The last one I went to had over 30 bedrooms, 2500 acres and a castle as an out building! The interiors can be a bit suspect though....

I was wondering if anyone else was gonna mention that. $40 million to be on a busy road, no big property or long driveway in the front. The house is not setback privately. When they went outside 2x it was so noisy w traffic.

if you spent 40 million then at least you should have a nice view over the hills or city. I think this place is too small and lacks a bit privacy as it seems. Neighbors apparently are quite close.
