Why XUV 700 & Scorpio N do not have movable middle row seats? The fact that it cannot slide ahead makes it a very uncomfortable 7 seater. Its 3rd row is cramped. May we know the reason behind that.

Efficiency is also not that great.. 8 - 9 in the city and 12 on the highway, but if you are an enthusiast, that efficiency won't bother you because of the insane power on offer.. The handling and high speed stability is also spot on.. We've driven 22k in 1.5 Year.. I would definitely recommend you this beast 👍
Pls look into the drag race video by Auto car between Scorpio N Turbo petrol (Basically same engine as the XUV 700 with 200 BHP) and Innova Hycross Hybrid (186 BHP with the motor). The Innova took out the Scorpio easily!!!

Have driven 18k km in xuv700 ax7 mt This car is a charm! One of the best decisions of my life! Long drives are enjoyable. Smooth. Mahindra service is on point! Getting 8-11 kmpl in city and 10-14kmpl on highway
But in our city we have one Mahindra showroom where people reviewed and said they have experienced worst service in service center so this is the reason I don't want to buy it

That should have been introduced for sure. Maybe in the NEAR future, Mahindra will add this in the XUV 700. Come on Mahindra stop being Kanjooos and add this feature that cars even half the price of the XUV 700 have.

I recently bought XUV 700L. It is superbeb. But in this facelift except Ventilated seat and Captain seat no big changed. Midnight black looks superb then this black. Infact Safari black edition looks better.
Still if compared to Safari, the Safari variants seem more VFM, Xuv700 is offering most of the top notch features on the Top Model only, like 360 degree camera, Ventilated seats on the Top variant only, companies are so desperate to lure customers to opt for just top variants, but it still misses on 2nd row sliding and reclining feature, 3rd row seat not at all usable I would say.

The only useful feature that the XUV lacks is the Auto Dimming IRVM, and apart from it, it gets almost everything that one can ask for. The 25-30L segment has gotten a bit impotent, the only worthy options are XUV700 AX7L D AT or the Innova Hycross VX. If a person wants to enjoy every single bit of their car, XUV700 tends to be a better choice than Innova. But for piece of mind, Innova is the way to go.

Bro!!! You are wrong about the audio. It's not 12 speakers by Sony. Only the DSP (Sound Processor) by Sony and the speakers are just some cheap make and not Sony. Also, I owned a XUV 700 AX7L and faced problems to the core within 6500kms of driving and thank god I got rid of the car. I booked it with so much expectations and I was one among the first 25000 people who booked the car when it was launched. Right from the lower arm till the ADAS functions, I faced all problems and I then decided to sell the car and bought a Toyota Hycross ZX Hybrid.
Somehow the rear suspension gave us some trouble going over speed breakers, especially since the spare tyre added weight and it would loosen up, though we got it rectified multiple times, the issue persists.

However, in recent times your thoughts have been biased towards XUV700 which is acceptable only to some extent, since you own one. Lets take an example, your posts regarding the XUV700 update always mentioned the auto-dimming IRVM (even the latest post has it, after the 2024 model launch). In your video, you have not bothered to talk about it since it is lacking from Mahindra on a 30L premium budget and clearly evident in the photos. You should get it covered since its it is a big miss. Disappointed! I was looking to book one, but the IRVM, full-black interior and the electric-tailgate miss is a bummer. Always preffered XUV700 over Safari in terms of road presence but this has made me think otherwise. :(

Three Important features were missing from the XUV700 Luxury pack: 1. an Automated Rear view mirror, 2. a Power Seat for the Passenger side, and 3. Tailgate: Open & close from the vehicle or key fab.

Also driven non stop 1900 kms from mumbai to rampur (himachal pradesh) for almost 36 hours (3 drivers) but there was no fatigue at all...Great product from Mahindra 👌❤️
