Best looking minivan ever. It looks like it's going 80 mph even when parked
true! 🤣
I would be honored to drive that down the street. Totally awesome!!!
Agreed!
The music in this video is awesome. I totally disagree with those who said the volume was too high. I loved it.
I find it interesting that Ford would envision this in the early sixties, yet a decade and a half later they would laugh Lee Iaccoca out of a board meeting for pitching his minivan design.
Good point!
So-much for Ford having "better ideas"...!
What a beauty Love it!
Agreed, would have been a cool model!
The thing with conceptual and practical application is that they will pick features out of conception models and feature them in production models later on after the idea is shut down.
Basically this turned into the Aerostar
dang,,they should have made that
That would have been cool!
Okay, I need to know name and artist of the background music.
Interesting channel! Especially the obscure cars / prototypes / subjects. Subscribed.
Thank you for the subscribe! Music is DJ Williams - Prime

Oscar Mayer likes that
I think you're right!
It might have inspired the early 60s Econoline van/pickups.
Another example that Ford could've been first to offer Americans a "garage-able" van (Minivan)... but dropped the ball. So-much for Ford having "better ideas"...!😉
Agreed, they could have been the first!
Even by today's standards it looks better and more futuristic than the Cybertruck.
I was thinking that, too. Maybe a cybervan would look like this
nice dream but the roof structure as shown would be too weak for safety
George Jetson approves of this vehicle..rumors are Cogswell Cogs, along with Spacely Sprockets would have majpr manufacturing duties..
That's in video part 2
@@clayauto with that response i just had to subscribe...keep up the content..something different is good in this crowded genre..gl
@@iamrichrocker Thank you for the subscribe and the good wishes! Have to have fun with it :)
Great video, 33 percent less music volume
Precursor to the mini van.😂
Looks like they forgot space for a engine.
Fallout aah car
Hearse... Could be used. (Coffin Transport) 👈🏻🤔
Not a one of todays cars are inspired by this van. Today if you have any talent designing cars you are shot and buried behind the companies building.
🤣You may be on to something!
It was forgotten because it was never built.
Correct. Just the model, and they didn't make an interior. Thank you for watching!
