    When I worked at a drive in concession stand in 1969, people would say gimme a soda. I'd say what KIND!

    I call it soda, living in SW Va. However, funny you should mention coke. Growing up in La in the deep south we called a it coke. The conversation would go " get me a coke. What kind? Root beer, cream soda or, if you wanted the "coke" you asked for Coca-Cola. Lol

    I'll just call it soda pop! 😂❤ Our fav bread is pronounced chuh ba tuh, either way still tastes delicious!
    Love the shots of the truck and trees covered in show, what a beautiful sight to wake up to!!

    You are the "Sam Bananas" of Truck Camping my friend. I call it Soda, my father used to call it Soda Pop. Favorite smell aisle is of course the bakery but at Sams club, it's the coffee aisle. And Ciabatta (yes has an "h" sound) is my favorite roll. Good man with the Chili backup plan👍
    Loving the Diesel heater, I wish it was an option for me, I have been using the Little Buddy heater and currently working on a few mods, longer run time using a bulk tank and installed a needle valve to adjust heat output.
    Man I want snow so bad.

      Thanks for the comment! The diesel heater is nice, it's a dry heat so no very minimal condensation inside. I definitely used a buddy heater for quite a while tho and still have it with for a back up heat source. We have another potential sbow storm coming in Friday night maybe even bigger then this one. This storm ended up dropping about 9 inches total!

    1. The bread isle
    2. The coffee isle
    3. The detergent isle.
    The latter is probably not healthy but it smells so good to me!

    Unfortunately there ARE bad people, curious why you didn't back the truck in? Always, Always want to face your escape route.... stay safe mate

      I agree with you on this! That little pull out i drove into is a through road so in an emergency I could just drive forward to safety however in a truck camping situation your kinda vulnerable no matter if you pull in or back in since you have to get out of the back of the truck to get into the front to then drive away 😬 .

    I call it coke
    Frankly don't drink any of it anymore Was hooked on Pepsi years ago probably 6 pack a day got really angry if I couldn't have one Then The Cleaning your toilet came out and cleaning your batteries terminals with it
    I quit Cold Turkey Now its coffee which is actually good for lots but that you will have to research 😊
    Another Great One Dustin 👏😊🙏

    Where did you vent the diesel heater to?

    • @DustyOutdoors_9113
      @DustyOutdoors_9113  10 месяцев назад +1

      Exhaust is vented out under the truck near hitch. Air intake comes in from the side of the box of the truck

      Cool, I'll have to try and figure a system like that

      @DustyOutdoors_9113  10 месяцев назад

      I'm guessing your asking if I have one? If so yes I have one in the truck however with the diesel heater it's really not a concern as all exhaust gas is routed outside but just for extra precaution I do have one. I also do use gas stove to cook so for that reason too but have never had it go off while cooking. Always good to have one tho definitely doesn't hurt!
