I think I have a found a solution to this problem. Set UAC to the lower section then accept. Got to where the game is installed (for example in Steam the location is: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\game) go to the .exe (game executable) and then right click into Properties. Set in Compatibility Run this program as an Administrator (also could this for all users) and then go ahead and open Task Manager and set the Affinity / Priority of the app to the desired level.
Don't do any of these fixes, the second one is so stupid, you're just making yourself more prone to viruses, if one get's on your PC, it automatically has the same privileges as the Administrator. So if that's the case, one could do basically anything on your PC, since it has the same access you do, it can basically replace/modify/delete/download/change all files, including anything that requires administrator privileges like system32. Don't trust me? search it up then. The one fix you can do tho, is simply by allowing the administrator "Fuller" privileges ( check all options in user control for the administrator account ) , if one's were not already allowed. Run the game/process as an Administrator, and if that doesn't allow you to change the Affinity, it is simply because of the Anti-cheat. That's it. Vanguard and EAC don't allow this for example. ( there's no reason to not allow this btw, but idk. )
Bro i've uninstalled McAfee, but there are some processes that are running in the background, but whenever I try to end task it shows the same error. I've tried all methods as told by u. But nothing is working
For anyone who followed step 3 and got the issue of your screen being black. I contacted windows support and all you have to do is power off your computer, then power it back on, wait 10-15 seconds and hold the power button to get it to shut off again. Repeat 5 times and your PC will go into safe mode and you should be able to see your screen again. Hope this helps and hopefully this video gets deleted so no one else has to go through this what a nightmare.
@@kaguyasama03 Sure. After I restarted my computer it loaded very weird. For some tries, my password was incorrect for some reason. After multiple tries it worked and it was very weird. On the start screen it turned black and i could not open tasks on the bottom right. And i think my internet stopped working
@@chamoarepa00 if u need fix u have to turn pc on then blindly log in as u will be staring at a blank monitor then click windows and r key together,type misconfig then enter, then up arrow up arrow enter tab enter then ur pc should restart and monitor will work
