A more subtle way of asking is describe what you are wearing. Makes the interaction more spontaneous and not forced.
i feel that the interviews are limited by not speaking to possible candidates in cantonese, which is spoken widely. i have seen same idea in locations like paris, london, new york, tokyo, etc., they can be conducted in the local language or english. it opens up the field, so to speak.
