- Like many people on the planet I grew up on Stevie Wonder's music, for our family home it was the album Fulfillingness' First Finale along with Songs in the Key of Life, so many classics between those two albums. The song that connected with me from early childhood onwards was this one, I've been afraid to touch it because of the complexity of the backings, that's probably why I hadn't arranged it sooner
With strong feelings about government this song definitely speaks to that emotion we have as people when things don't seem to go right, or actions are not taken. Which for me makes this song timeless, it will always be applicable as long as there's anger or resentment towards a leader or system of authority not doing what we feel they're supposed to do!

This trouble with this, everything about it is good, except for the voice. Yes, it's in tune, it's more in tune than many famous rock singers. What it doesn't have, which is what most famous singers have, is that distinct tone which makes the voice stand out amongst so many other people who can also sing. Take Stevie Wonder, he could sing, play the piano and write songs with great arrangements but all of that misses out the fact that he sounded like Stevie Wonder when he sang. Sae with Michael Jackson and .
That's why people who cannot sing, like Sean McGowan and Ian Curtis, will be famous and, other regular singers, won't. It isn't only about being tuneful or harmonizing well. It is about tone and presence. It is not just about singing a song, it is about both vocally and physicals developing a stand--out character and that's what the man in the video doesn't have.
So describes the politics of the US!
