I really don't want them to add new types of milk. I feel like that would be redundant and a serious waste of space. Imagine adding a new type of milk that you *can* make cheese from, but you *couldn't* do that with normal milk? That'd suck, and wouldn't feel intuitive at all
I'd say the leaves are a bad change. Not some big "it ruins the game" thing, but if i had a choice between having the leaf particles and leaf litter in forests and not having it, i'd go with not having it there. Leaf litter can work in certain biomes (i think it fits the roofed forest) but not regular forest. Same with the leaf particles, they're fine for a few leaves, but if they add them to every leaf type, you can no longer use leaves in certain builds since they'll constantly have particles falling from them which may look out of place.
@@pout6038 hopefully theyll give an option to turn it off in the gamerules menu. I like the particles in the cherry grove so getting to do it for individual biomes would be slay
It is just me, or does the thing protruding under the cow's hoof in the teaser on the right look like the horn of the new cow? Yeah those other orange pixels look like the hot cow, but it's missing the horns that were visibly shown. One would be visible to the side of the cow's hoof on the left, but it's not. Could suggest that the cold cow has horns like the hot cow, or that the horns are now a randomized feature of the cows, which would *some* sense.
Pretty sure the orange pixels in the middle are the cold cow. They look about the right color to be a highland cow, and are definitely not a dark red like the warm cow. I think the horn on the right side is of the warm cow

That's bull mate
Maybe next, Minecraft should add variants of EVERY mob.
I ALREADY LOVE THIS UPDATE!! A simple yet effective overhaul of animals and various aesthetic editions to biomes 🤩
Edit: I really hope they make the warm pig more brown, so it looks like a wild bore instead of a pit-roasted one 😂
5:04 Is that Richard Dawkins?
No its James May
the tik tok teaser, the horns show like the new cow is a bull, imagine if it got mad that you smacked it or charged you (Unlikely)
My guess for the update title is the Flora and Fauna Drop - I think we're getting new Chicken variants too.
Longhorns to go with the armadillos pls 😔 let texas take over
Has horns. Bull!🐂
Hope you can ride it!
female cows also have horns unless the farmer burns them off also cows dont naturaly have utters only some ows have been bred to have them
I still don't get why Mooshrooms aren't also living in dark forest biomes, where the giant mushrooms also grow..
I think they are adding a bull, because of the horns seen on the video
They don't want to add gendered animals. It'll probably look like a bull but it'll still be a cow
a bull is a male cow
female cows can have horns and also before u mention its lack of utter only cows selectively bred for it have utters the others just have nipples on the skin like a bison
female cows also have horns unless burned off by farmers and only some breeds have uders
Glad to see a Season update confirmed btw..
Also winter is going to be added.
Winter is the end of the year.
Looking forward to the End Update soon. Will go great with my cheese blocks.

I like more being patient to get better updates, because it ain't the same
I wish for the love of GOD can they stop messing with existing features and focus on new things? It's getting tiresome they want to keep messing with well established things in Minecraft. FIX THE FLOATING POINT ERROR for starters! WORK ON THE BROKEN PARTS, Give us NEW stuff. PLEASE. No reskins, no retextures but genuine new stuff. GIVE A NEW DIMENSION, GIVE US YOUR CREATIVITY! Please!!! I'm not playing Minecraft to get mildly frustrated by mild changes all the time, we have facebook and youtube for that (damn rounded corners and weird kerning).
I really don't want them to add new types of milk. I feel like that would be redundant and a serious waste of space.
Imagine adding a new type of milk that you *can* make cheese from, but you *couldn't* do that with normal milk? That'd suck, and wouldn't feel intuitive at all
Idk why ppl are angry they just added new leaves then new pig variants, then like a week later they are doing the same thing with cows
@@pout6038 particles: minimal should do the trick
The new cold cow better be the same cow that they have in Minecraft dungeons/Minecraft Earth
Name idea: The Farmstead Update
idk why but I’ve I’ve been wanting a flora update for a while now!
I think the horn on the right side is of the warm cow
cold and warm sheep
We’re getting variants of cows before we’re getting a fletching table
