The Dodson is harsh but definitely one of the most beautiful trails in the park. I love the wide open views of the mountains from below. Another great campsite.
I’m enjoying your videos on the OML. I have hiked it twice, in Jan 2017 and again in Jan 2022 to celebrate my 60th birthday. It’s hard to explain the difficulty of the rocky trails, it’s a very tough ~30 miles, but well worth the effort. Thank you!
Thank you for your comment! It was our second attempt and we finished! Blue creek to south rim for us, then down. So more like 35 and another 1000 or so elevation change. Enjoying putting part 3 together now. Thanks for watching!
