I understand about not wanting to work overtime. I felt the same until I looked at my bills.😄 I'm in the process of paying off all my debt in the next couple of years.
I hate it too & wish my job can change it to weekly (deposited Thursdays). With the new technology today there's no excuse on why every job don't offer that as an option. Even worse if you get paid only on the 15th & 30th or once a month. 😄 #mymoney
I got paid every week for 15 yrs. I decided to take on another position within the same company (which I regret & hate)pays salary. I miss weekly paychecks, my monthly system: check 1 paid all bills. check 2 went into savings. check 3 bought something I've wanted or my daughter. check 4 went into savings. 😊

Yes, it's always good to put yourself in position to retire, even, if you decide not to. That way, you can leave and not stress about your bills and income. I appreciate your comment. ☺
