MANHAY - Battle of the Bulge Reenactment - 10 dec 2022

This video shows the 78th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge in Manhay (luxembourg, Belgium) on december 10th 2022. In the first part of the video you can see the daily life and preparation of the soldiers, the second half shows the action scenes of the battlefield.

Manhay was epic. The USA 31st Tank Battalion spent time in the village of Fays on the north side of Manhay for a few days, shelling the SS I hear. Cheers from Indiana, USA!

Yes it's not very well advertised, mostly local (Wallonia) or on specific forum/groups. I did hear a lot of German people talking though. Too bad you missed it, hope you have more luck next year 👍 cheers

My father was a medic in Payton’s 3rd Army . He was there in the battle.

Does no one do SS over there? Haven’t seen any in the video yet. Strange considering SS units were spearheading some of the attack

In de Ardennen maken ze weinig reclame voor events als deze. Begin dec 2023 best eens google'en naar "battle of the bulge events" dan vind je normaal voldoende info 👍. Groeten
