Chocolate Crinkles Cookie Recipe

1/2 cup unsweeetened cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
2 large eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon of salt
Icing sugar for coating
First, mix the cocoa powder, sugar, oil and eggs to be beaten one at a time with the mixture.
Also, add the vanilla extract.
Then mix the dry ingredients ( flour, baking powder, salt).
Mix the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Once all ingredients are mixed together put the mixture for 4 hours or overnight in the fridge.
Preheat oven to 175 degrees celsius.
Take the mixture after 4 hrs then make a ball then coat with the icing mixture.
Place in a tray and bake for 12 minutes.
Then serve. Enjoy!
