Authentic Nastar Recipe / Pineapple Tart Sandwich Cookies [ Eps 20 BAKING HABIT ]
Pineapple Jam (+-245gr) Recipe:
-750gr Ripe Pineapple "Peeled"
-75gr Sugar
-1/2 Cinnamon Stick
-5 Cloves
-1Tbsp Butter
Cookie Recipe:
-150gr Salted Margarine
-50gr Salted Butter
-200gr All Purpose Flour
-90gr Cornstarch
-40gr Powdered Sugar
-15gr Milk Powder
-1 Egg Yolk
-1/2Tsp Vanilla Extract
Tart Nenas Acuan 154 for Cookie Pattern
Egg Wash:
-1 Egg Yolk
-1Tbsp Condensed milk
Bake at 140°C/284°F for 28-33 minutes
or until color golden brown
for -+ 64 cookies

hi.. you are welcomed... normally only yolk are used to make soft / melt into mouth style pineapple tart. adding the whites into this recipe surely will change the texture.. i will suggest to stick with yolk only.. glad this recipe have catch your eyes, good luck🤞

Tebal nya gak di ukur kak.. Sekitar 3mm mungkin.. Selama ukuran lipatan kertas nya sama dengan video tebalnya pasti sesuai👍

sure... tetap dengan suhu yang sama.. mulai periksa nastarnya 5-10 menit sebelum waktu yang di tentukan.. bila sudah golden brown berarti sudah matang.. goodluck🙏
