Bowen's problem against Auden is that Bowen seems to be fixated on staying at a skinny 90kg, apparently he didn't learn that lesson against coach Ray, If Bowen bulked back up to 105kg then he would have a good chance against Auden, BUT! If he stays at a skinny 90kg then he would get whooped by the bigger & taller Auden.
Problem with bowen is that when he gains weight it looks like its more fat than muscle. Ik it can help too, but its not lean mass and thats what he should aim for.

I look similiarly compositioned to Ryan rn, and I could do with a cut from 92 to 84kg. Unless you are going below 12%bf, you won´t really impact your strength. No matter what the "voices" say. You will be healthier. Most guys could probably diet up down and fluctuate between 9.some- 8.5% bf, and be fine yr round. Eating is comfort, and routine, and routine fatigue.
Bowen offers to pull at 90kg which is delusional. He should do everything to win which means similar weight as Auden. Bowen takes matches too lightly, he is getting too used to losing which is not good.

Ryan is stronger than people give him credit for, and if he gets things together more, these timelines can shift. Auden is not even 20, and he is making big time gains, but I really don´t see any chance for Auden unless there is those 7 months from the match atleast, and that is a Hot match on an equally hot timeline. I do think Auden will really match Bowen in those 10-13 months, and if the match took place months after that, it should be Auden´s to lose. Ryan is still really strong, and might progress and be able to keep the young guy off him longer. Overall, these are not weightclass matches. For the weight, Ryan if pretty good.
