Curl keeper doesn't get enough love for sure! The original styler and the gel are both my holy grails. They aren't the newest products out so they often get overlooked. Thank you for featuring them in your video so more wavies and curlies that are new and starting out will give them a chance.

You got such good results. I used/finished my Curl Keeper leave in conditioner this morning when I washed. I think this may be the perfect reason/excuse to go and replace that and try some new bits.

@@MarisasCurls 😊 I too decided to go natural a few years back and I love it! I'm a redhead and started going white when I hit 20... Fast forward to now, early 50's, and I'm pretty much all white in front but still mainly red in the back. Very odd and unusual, but I think it suits my quirky personality. 🤪

@@MarisasCurls i have! There r shockingly not as many as i would have hoped. Lol! But as long as glycerin isn't in the first 5 ingredients, I usually don't have too much of an issue. Or if glycerin is listed after a very strong polyquat like polyquat 69 like my HG, Curlsmith In Shower Style Fixer! Totally humidity resistant in low humidity. When it is super humid, there ain't no stopping the frizz. I can deal with a little frizz but when the frizz starts to obscure my curl definition, i call foul!!! Hehe

I’m trying to figure out should I avoid hairspray and the drying alcohol?…to have more defined curls?
What do you do when you go to aqua-aerobics? I assume you’re in a chlorine pool?
Yes I just tie my hair up on top of my head and it doesn’t get soaked. Then I wash it the next day usually
Marissa do use hairspray ?
Not really but sometimes I use Bouncecurl hairspray on wet hair
What type of hair do you have? Mine is coarse and has high porosity. Do you think Curl Keeper would work well for my curls? I’ve got 2c/3a
Mine is fine and I think medium to high porosity. I think it’s definitely possible that they would work for you 😃
