I wanted one of these so bad when I was a kid! I got the Freedom Of Choice album for Christmas '81. There was a Club Devo order form inside the album cover. Never got one, darn it! I saw this clip on TV back in '81 but I can't recall what show it was. I took so much shite from other kids for being a Devo fan! Still love 'em!
I have one! I ordered it via mail back in 1983 from the order form that came in their albums. I think it cost me $6. I still have it! Whenever I show it to people they always want to get a picture of them wearing it.

Wish they made osha grade energy dome hard hats to wear on construction site . Perhaps one could be made by 3-D printer . I could try to detect it , whip it in to shape . When a problem comes along I must whip it .
