For me, the most amazing thing is the ability to be able to completely eliminate ultramarine blue from that brush with that stabbing motion, to the point where there's no trace of it when he does the clear water washed down the square. It is absolutely astounding, and for me remains almost unachievable.

Wow I’ve been binge watching your beginner series for 3 and half hours now... its so interesting and informative though! This is the best lesson on gradation I've ever seen. It's so freeing to know that the gradation is good with my own movement and doesn't have to be like the "perfect computer gradation". When teacher removed the paint from the light side of the mountain, I screamed a little, wow~~~ how beautiful! Thank you so much!
