Greetings Mr Shibasaki from England. You help so much - taking the fear out of watercolour - love your videos - especially this one . Your tree looks so real X
Your tutorials are not only extremely informative but also entertaining. Your smiling face and soothing voice inspire me just as much as your amazing techniques. Greetings from Cape Cod Massachusetts USA.
Hahah I was walking in the park with my family and told my dad that I never know how to draw trees and now I open RUclips and see new video of Yours. Thank You again, Mr. Shibasaki!
Thank-you! Your explanation is so clear that I have finally been able to paint a nice looking tree, knowing exactly where to place the darker areas and shadows. You are a great watercolour teacher ( and artist too, of course) !!!!!
Thank you for your time and inspiration Mr. Shibasaki, I have come back to watercolor after several years and your channel has been extremely helpful! Trees have always been my downfall, but now things are turning around thanks to the easy method you have shown!
Great painting you make it look very effortless. That would be a beautiful tree to have a lunch under on a warm summer day with the sun shining, and while eating under the tree one could look up through the leaves of the tree, and see the blue sky and soft white clouds floating by. Thank you for showing us how to paint that.
i watched your video talking about your health and your amateur series. i just ordered my paints and a sketchbook! ill be sure to be diligent in watching your lessons! love you japanese bob ross
Thank you Mr Shibasaki. My daughter bought me a water color set for Christmas because she knows I watch your videos. Hope I can start trying some of your lessons. P.S. why do people press thumbs down on these videos, it's very rude and thoughtless. I will remind them that if you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything at all.
thank you so much, you provide a simple and clear painting lesson for those of us who are just learning to paint, hopefully we can paint proficiently. Suci from Indonesia
Konnichiwa minnasan..ogenki desu ka..one year of learning Japanese and I can understand that much..thanks for the tutorial..I have learnt a lot..arigatoo gozaimasu..
Lagotana 16 - me, too !! I habce only been watching few weeks I got konnichiwa. 👋🏼 hello I wrote down what you wrote. Please write Interperation 🥰🎨❣️Thank you ❣️🎨
I will keep practicing, trees are fascinating to me. They have always been my favorite thing to draw. I love your perspective and explanation of shadow and light. 👏👏👏
I've never drawn a proper tree in my life!!!! This illustration is soooo amazing! It is truly my dream to draw even just a simple tree. Thank you so much, Master Shibasake!!!!!!!!!!
Shibasakisan I do not find words to say how wonderful demo is. You explain so well that, one get excited, even if he is not an artist. I am, like thousands others , your fan. God Bless you sir
This is the best video on this topic EVER! The simple observation that we can only really see branches in the shadow part of the tree changed my whole painting! It is so simple and logical but SO SO effective. Today I finally painted a believable tree! You are the absolute BEST teacher, Mr Shibasaki San!! THANK YOU SO MUCH
thank you for sharing your tree, as a watercolor student at our senior center - we have been challenged with painting a landscape to include our preliminary value studies - You have helped me so very much, again many thanks
I've had so much trouble making tree since I was a child, and believe it or not, I've never thought of it this way you do! Trees are beautiful, but I couldn't do it like anyone else... I almost gave up entirely in the past* few years.. But this was really helpful, and a brand new perspective, I want to try practicing it! Thank you... :)
I am so happy to find your videos. They are beautiful! You are so patient and you teach with great clarity. I will watch again and again as I practice what you teach. Thank you!
Dear Mr Shibasaki, thank you for your beautifully clear instructional videos. I teach violin,.. and i love how you also break this complicated art into such tiny steps that it is possible for me to follow and understand ... I also love your attitude. the deep grace with which you seem to sense us following not only your instructions, but also the loving tone of voice with which you teach us.Although i cannot understand Japanese, your tone is so loving that i keep it on even though i can't understand the words... but i understand the love that you have for art, and humanity. You are a bridge.. In love.. Thank you... I wonder how many countries are among your 300,000 fellow painters?

I love the way your paintings come alive at the end
