The fact you dont care about her intelligence, again just reiterates my point that you dont see her as a person, just a trophy. (and thats putting it NICELY, we all know what you really see her as.)
@@terryfuldsgaming7995 she's not so much dumb, more doesn't really give much of a shit (and therefore thought) towards the tasks. She comes in, fucks up, knows she fucked up but doesn't really seem bummed about it by the end. But she performs well on team tasks because it's easier to invest yourself into something when there's another person there.
Compare her to previous lovable idiots like Nish, for example, who did care about the tasks and still failed a lot but reacted much more passionately and was therefore more entertaining to watch.
@Kevin L dude, who hurt you?
Watching Liza and Tim guess with Asim was like watching a set of tired, tired parents determined to have get in some quality time with their overgrown son.
"Monster Cat, Mega Cat, Tiger Cat" is a GREAT name for a metal album
“I have a spy cam.”
“I have some old ham.”
“I have a weird fan.”
“I have a *hinge* :(.”
+
In my grandma's kitchen by the window there was this metal sunflower with eyes and a smiley face on it. It terrified me so much when I was little I had nightmares about it. She no longer has it on display because I was so genuinely terrified of it.
It's weird the things that scare kids.
@@qwertyTRiG true. I had stickers of skull and crossbones which glowed in the dark and I was so scared by them that I stuck them on the back of my shelves and other places were I couldn't see them.
I'm still finding them now and then at the weirdest places.
ps: I can't remember why I didn't took them off entirely
21:54 "possibly Oscar Pistorius, because that could be an Oscar and you've covered the bra in piss"
had me CACKLING
41:28
Will you look at that! Eggs are sturdy!
I love how Alice kept giving Alex different nicknames when saying "hi" throughout the series.
31:34 I'm keeping this time stamp for myself to go back to what I found as, the cutest and most adorable segment. And that innocent "sorry" ahh Alice.
You've also got a really nice beat going on in the background thank to Alex and the Horne Section.
12:40 Liza was Bosh before Kerry made it her thing. It'll be a real treat seeing them do CoC together.
I've been looking forward to this the whole week!
Me too!!
i think we all have !!
So have I
I can't help but watch Alice dancing happily with massive smile on her face in the kitchen over and over again.
Alice saying "i have loads of balls" killed me
39:00 i found greg chuckling to himself and going “ohhh -just excited sorry “very cute for some reasons
Watching this series I'm continually struck by how much Russell Howard resembles an old retired British stuntman from the 70s, in his leathery tan skin, blinding white teeth, smoky tinted glasses, jacket, and general demeanor
He'll get her back...
The margin of victory was Russell figuring out Sir David Hattandbra.
Syrup.
I see lots of people whining on RUclips about female doing lousy jobs as comedians and light entertainers, specially when they are not that young and cute.
But damn people like Lisa or Sally are just nailing it.
liza is my fav from this series i think. maybe howard
Sally Phillips made the tears run down my legs, and Mel was so involved. I love how the joy of being a contestant shows They're getting paid to play. Damn, and they're all so good at it. Comedians are the smartest humans on the planet. They have to be, to show us how to have fun. It's a kindness.
“Alice Levine’s Sweaty Hams” is my new band name
"The bottom is easier than the top" as my mum would-
What does that phrase mean?
@rovielgalang1199 As I understood, it doesn't mean anything. In the moment of course he meant "it's easier to sort out who lost the task/is at the bottom of the ranking than knowing who is at the top", then he tried to make a joke out of it but stopped himself in the middle, because he also didn't know what it would even refer to.
36:42 - 36:57 for context, and Alex admitting that he has no idea where that joke was going.
It could refer to a fashion choice, lol.
@@BixLovesMiley I thought it was a sexual thing... The person at the bottom is the one receiving what the person at the top is giving... If you get what I'm saying...
@@zye_zigh yeah, that as well!
When Alice started shaking the stuff out of her headband I had a massive flashback to Molly Ringwald's dancing in The Breakfast Club.
How did Russel actually mime out Liger
and how did alice get it
I highly recommend going back and rewatching the charades task, but just watch Alex the whole time.
Scariest thing in your kitchen:
*I bring in my own cooking*
I injured my rib cage very slightly so coughing, sneezing, deep breaths and also laughing are surprisingly painful.
watching this episode has been a bad idea~
This one had me lol. So yeah. As your non-doctor, I prescribe avoiding all tasks until you’re well again!
Painful Laughing Solidarity. Rib injuries affect your body so much & can take forever to heal. I hope you feel better soon.
I've had a chronic cough for forever thanks to Covid & some other things which immediately made my back, ribs, etc. painful, but I kept watching this anyway. Laughing hurts but can also help loosen the cough! (It's all much less now because I've finally been able to stay on a pretty effective cough med.)
It's such a shame that the more recent episodes have the transitions cut on youtube. They were so delightful! 14:53 is a good example. Alex's face at his own art 😆
It's Thursday my dudes!
aaaaaaaaaAAAAAAAAAHHHHH
I live that they had time for a quickie in the kitchen lol
Not a sentence I thought I'd ever hear Alex say...
Liza: Guess the animal that your teammate has on their list.
Asim: that look at the camera. 27:00
Someone once compared Asim, Tim and Liza to an only child visiting his childless aunt and uncle, and nowhere is that more true than the animal task.
"You may not open the box or look inside" Well, nothing in the rules said I couldn't just take the items out of them box through the hole!
right, I was wondering why no one did that, but I guess it didn't matter, everyone successfully figured out what the items were anyway
i think we need a compilation of Alice trying to defense her prize task while Greg straight up dismisses her reasoning LOL. I bet his teacher self came back there
I love how they showed the paintings in the order of "quite detailed" to "preschool doodle".
It's always great coming back here for the charades task, an absolute classic. Ed Gamble has said on the podcast that Asim's reaction to the second part of the task is one of his all-time favourite moments on the show.
i like greg cackling at the live task like a king watching his courtiers humiliate themselves for his amusement
Asim deserved bonus points for eight bollocked cat
holy shit when russell flipped off alex. one of my favorite tm moments now. it was so sincere lmao alex's face omg
Laughed a lot, but laughed hardest at “and a pissed E.T.”
Tim is always so adorable!
Just wanna hug him, kiss him and comb his hair.
What hair?
Russel and Alice's teamwork seem to always work for the best!
Team Funk!
