The 777x-10 will have a greater range, lift cap., and newer tech then the A350 so I don't think that Emirates will be forced to buy the A350 to be competitive. The time in the air for Project Sunrise will prove to be too long for most travelers ( my prediction). If the flight is longer then 6-7 hours, I won't book passage.
Good point! I believe it’s because Qatar was the first Gulf carrier to fly the A350K so they weren’t aware of the issues that came with it until Qatar started flying the A350K.
