Emirates Secret Weapon A350 Reveals SHOCKED the Whole Airlines Industry! Here's Why
As an airline that always provides the best service to passengers, Emirates always has changes and updates to keep its fleet operating most effectively. Currently, the United Arab Emirates airline is focusing on exploiting its huge fleet of wide-body aircraft, the Boeing Triple 7 and Airbus A3 80. with the goal of connecting Dubai to more than 140 cities on six continents through long-haul flights.
Emirates Secret Weapon A350 Reveals SHOCKED the Whole Airlines Industry! Here's Why
However, with the super jumbo jet expected to retire in the 20 30’s, the airline has had to rethink its fleet strategy and has ordered a number of other wide-body aircraft.
So which planes has Emirates ordered? How will they benefit from this new fleet? Let's dive in!
Emirates Secret Weapon A350 Reveals SHOCKED the Whole Airlines Industry! Here's Why
Since 19 95, Emirates has no longer had narrow-body aircraft in its main fleet, and it is the largest operator of both Airbus A3 80 and Boeing triple 7 aircraft in the world. Emirates is currently operating a fleet of nearly 140 Boeing triple 7 aircrafts, including 2 variants 200 LR and 300 ER. In which, the 300 ER serves as the golden key. The first aircraft entered the fleet in 2005. And there is no denying that it has become Emirates' backbone in maintaining routes between nearly 150 destinations on its global network. It is estimated that one in every five 300 ER aircraft produced is operated by Emirates.

The B777-9 is delayed until at least 2027. And B787 production is down to one per week at current rates. Boeing is not a solution to Emirates for any of their requirements.

I guess you’ll see when Emirates introduces the 777-9X in 2026! Where did you get 2027?

Either the A350 or 777X-8 would be used to allow Emirates to have a non-stop flight between Dubai and Christchurch.

World’s largest international airline? Maybe the largest by long distance flights but not the largest international carrier. Many airlines fly internationally. Remember. Any country can pull it off with unlimited government funding. Really.
