    Location location location is absolutely right, Costa Mesa is in the PERFECT location, I’ve lived here for about 5 years and I am constantly pleased of how I can go anywhere, be anywhere, and do anything I want within a short walk, or bike ride, or drive, it is the absolute best location anyone could ever ask for

    + Collegetown, fairground/swapmeet, big mall, pedestrian friendly(more than other OC cities), trails, and highly rated restraurants
    - horrible traffic, cost of living & housing, the gangbangers of Santa Ana sometimes fight here

    How compare to San Diego?

    • @MonicaCarrRealEstateGroup
      @MonicaCarrRealEstateGroup  7 месяцев назад +2

      Hello! Both Costa Mesa and San Diego share the Southern California charm with splendid weather and a love for outdoor adventures. However, San Diego, being larger, offers a more urban experience with a diverse range of attractions like the famous San Diego Zoo and a lively nightlife, reflecting its cultural blend in neighborhoods like Little Italy. On the flip side, Costa Mesa has a cozy, suburban feel with a strong emphasis on the arts, like we showed in the video. Your preference might lean towards San Diego if you enjoy a bustling city vibe, or Costa Mesa if you appreciate a quieter, artsy atmosphere. Hope this adds a bit more information for your comparison!
