Irvine in the mid-80’s to early 90’s was great. There were still a lot of orange groves, strawberry fields, and open spaces. Some parts had an almost rural feel. Nice place but moved away in 2000 for more affordable housing and less traffic and people. Enjoy visiting but very happy with my change.
I love it too lol. I live in Redlands CA in the IE but lived in Costa Mesa so close… Absolutely love Irvine when my gf can get a permanent citizenship from China we plan to move to Irvine to look forward to the future of having a family etc…
I may be moving to Irvine for work, I live in LA i have never been to irvine i am going down tomorrow to look around and tour my new facility :) thanks for sharing the video irvine looks great! like that lady said i am over LA

Which one? There are pools in the Great park Neighborhoods, which are exclusive to residents, but there's also Wild Rivers Water park. If you have a timestamp from the video, I can tell you exactly which pool it was!
Hi Monica! I loved this video so much! I currently live in Greensboro, NC! I've been here for 9 years, and it's time for me to make a big move! I have a cousin who lives in Rancho Cucumunga, I love that I would have a place to stay if I decide to move. Nonetheless, I am someone who loves parks, nature, green areas, diversity, and safety. Do you think Irvine is the best fit compared to Rancho Cucumunga? (I've never been to California, so I would love to hear your feedback). A lot of people here in NC say that is not a good idea to move to California because it's so expensive, and there are a lot of homeless people, etc. Do you think there are job opportunities in Irvine? I love your video because it's so positive, and informative. I look forward to hearing from you!
Hi! I'm so glad you enjoyed the video! It's exciting you're considering a move. While both Irvine and Rancho Cucamonga are great, Irvine seems like a match for you: Green Spaces: Irvine loves nature! There are plenty of parks for you to enjoy. Safety: It's one of the safest cities, so you'll feel secure. Diversity: People from many cultures call Irvine home, making it a vibrant place. Jobs: There are lots of different job opportunities, especially in tech, health, and education. Quality Living: Irvine is clean, has excellent schools, and lots of conveniences. California can be pricier, but many find the benefits outweigh the costs, and there are housing options for various budgets in Irvine. Having family in Rancho Cucamonga is a bonus, but Irvine meets all your needs and it's close enough for visits. Considering a visit to both cities could be helpful for your decision. Feel free to reach out with more questions! Call or text me at 714-402-4212 anytime!

Irvine is overrated. Houses are so closely packed that one can shake hands with neighbors. It’s nice if paying high HOA is calculated within budget.
