Westpark was not made in the late 80's, they were made in 1994 (fully built all houses by 1996). Sorry to bug you about that, but who told you they were around in the 80's?
In 1992, the area when Westpark even thought about building houses, it was all fields, and they had a thing called "The Harvest Festival" there. It was a yearly event (moved each year) and it's final year (in Irvine) was 1999, off Culver and Trabuco near the 5 Freeway.
