This is a pretty solid little workbench. While once you figure out how it comes together, it is physically Easy to assemble ruclips.net/user/postUgkxyFZUPFEey-PuqsPMxqaykBhgA1LWxFHh by yourself. But the diagrams explaining the steps are really pretty bad. I could not get the handle pins in all the way despite multiple attempts, so I just used a screw I had on hand for the 2nd handle. I could not get the first pin in further or pull it back out. You are supposed to hammer it in, but I had no leverage and the handle is plastic and I did not want to risk breaking it. I will get a lot of use out of the bench because of the convenient size and height. It does fold up nicely for storage. They even explain how to fold it so you don't get pinched...that is important!
Thank you for the video! Need me a good cheap work table have a few pallets just sitting around be a good project on this rainy day of mine. Thanks buddy
@@SKATTworkshop Since watching your video (several times lol), I have since made a similar mobile workbench using 2 heavy Euro Pallets 1200 x 800mm, with the bottom one inverted. I then used 4 x 2x4 supporting legs between them to join bottom pallet with the top pallets. Great job and sturdy beyond belief. As I said in first post/comment, I was inspired by your video. Thank you! Greetings from Northern Ireland :-)
I think the first trick is to find pallets all the same style and build, I have just finished a 3 metre length bench out of 10 pallets, for light work inside a 3m x 3 m square shed, great idea you gave me
The most simple pallet workbench. I was thinking while watching your video was to take some of the slats and put them together for a flat surface then screw some cheap hinges on one side so you can fold over the flat top to have a flat smooth surface when you need a smooth surface with no gaps. I like your build because it's simple and raw and functional. Of course sanding the splinters out but that is it. Who needs anything else unless their trying to make a piece of furniture to show off on youtube. A workbench is not a piece of furniture, otherwise it wouldn't be called a work bench. Its to get dirty and nicked etc... Thanks for the video.
I WANTED TO MAKE A WORK TABLE AND YOU GIVE ME AN IDEA. I HAVE 4 PALLET OUTSIDE THE HOUSE. THANKS FOR THE VIDEO. THE SATURDAY BEGAN TO MANUFACTURE IT ........
Hi,thank you! In total I aimed the height of the workbench to be 80 cm. It depends about your workspace, existing workbenches, the type of work you will do, what is the height of the workbench you are comfortable working on... Don't forget to calculate the height of the wheels.
If you like it and I helped you, buy me a beer :D www.buymeacoffee.com/femeneyaci

I hope to be getting some more pallets next week and I'll be making one of those benches.Great idea, thanks for showing.
Wow this is the best and simplistic making of a workbench using pallets that I've seen. You've done a great job. Thanks 👍
So clever. I needed so much something that I can build on my workspot to craft a Shop counter then dissamble the workshop table. Thank u!!!

Simple but sturdy. I like it

For catchy colors, you should go with black and yellow stripes, like caution tape.

Thank you for the comment. The idea with a flat surface is good. I love this surface because you can't clutter staff on top :D
Very nice
Thank you
Really like thanks for the inspiration
Your welcome :)
Made one, easy and sturdy 😎
Great! What are you using for? Tools?
Nice, thanks for the idea.. i got 2 pallets with same design laying around. I might build this.
What is the height of the 6pcs of wood, used as columns?
(Excellent job bro..!!)
What are these type of pallets called? Is there a technical term?
Lime green and orange
How long did u make the legs?
goood idea

I'm glad you found it helpful. I would like to see the final result! Good luck and use safety equipment :)
Brilliant video. Would you say you need an impact driver or would a combi drill do the trick? Cheers
Thank you. Sorry for the late response! A drill would do the trick if you make holes before
Av u GT a break on the dolly wheels
you probably painted it long ago.
I would suggest baby blue, and orange.
baby blue on the legs, orange everywhere else.
Can you make this out of small size pallets
Yes ofcourse you can. The limit is only your imagination not the palet size 🙂
Thumbs Up
Where do you find such pretty pallets??? 😒
Hi. I bought them online for 5$ a piece. This is a standard EURO pallet and they were already used. You can sand them a bit before you use them.
This awesome !! My son is going to make this. How long were the post you made between the pallets ?

Great project. What size screws did you use? Thanks
Whats with the music on most of these videos
It's been many years, and i still don't understand YT music videos.
This video is great but bloody hell the music is too loud and distracting.
🎉🍊
You can use woodglut to build it in the cheapest way.
burn the wood effect
Thank you, that wood be a nice finish!
Not enough scat
Good video, Would've been much better without the music.
Woodglut plans are amazing!
NO Dialog SUCKS
What did you use for legs 2x4
Would it work with 2x4's as support ??
Today, those casters alone will set you back $20. Nevertheless, this is a pretty good scrap-built workbench. Simple, but effective.
Mine works too. I used the Woodglut plans and performed it without any problems.
