Realistically, any contingency plan Batman has, the Presence not only knows the details, but also the outcomes as well. Meaning the Presence will just play along and humor Bats

That is literally impossible. You can't trick something that already knows you are trying to trick it. At best you just get it to willingly agree to do what you want, but that isn't 'tricking' it.

This is basically the presence trying to beat itself.
Underrated understanding of what the presence truly is
Not really. God create humans and gave them free will. So, human can try to counter God, but he, of course, cannot win.
Only Batman would have a contingency plan against God.
And it would fail. You just can’t counter and all powerful Omnipotent being like God who likely has perspectives and motives beyond any understanding.
Correction: John Constantine didnt actually "fool" The Presence. He knew all possibilities, and simply allowed Constantine to do what he wanted - which eventually played a part of the endgame of allowing Lucifer to leave this creation. This allowed The Presence himself to essentially leave this creation also and return to the Overvoid which apparently is where he is "from".
By allowing John Constantine to think he "fooled" him, The Presence was able to enact his ultimate plan and also preserve the free will of Constantine.
The Presence has a fully complete intellect and even the free will of the beings created - naturally work towards his ultimate will.
And that’s the problem with people questioning God. If he’s real then he’s most likely an all powerful all knowing omnipotent being you can’t possibly fathom with your limited mortal perspective. As a Christian I believe God has a plan for existence, but he created us with free will and allows it to certain extents we cannot fathom, he allows us to succeed and fail and only intervenes in certain cases, essentially nudging us subtly towards his overall plan. Otherwise what’s the point of a creation if you just control everything, especially with the bad things that happen in life?

Now I know this isn't Batman, but its definitely opens the door to the possibilities. Honestly, I wish Marvel and DC collaborated more like they did in the 90s (or maybe they still are, and I'm just out of the loop).

What about his most important creation : his second son, Lucifer Morningstar ? In the Lucifer graphic novels, it is revealed (at the very end of the series) that the Presence created three sons, in the hope that one of them could escape from his own reach. He then instructed them to create the rest of the world only to observe them. Soon (in fact, right from the very start), the second son, Samael (explicitly made of will and implicitly made of free will) asked why his father wanted them to create a world and, upon receiving a death threat, instead of an honest answer, he made his discontent perfectly clear. Not long after (and due to events related to Lilith and Mazikeen), he took on the name of Lucifer and rebelled - not for power, but for freedom. The entire purpose for his existence was so that he could escape from his father's Creation and grasp, because the presence, himself, wanted to create, learn from and 'merge' with a being outside of his control. In the end, the Presence offered Lucifer a potlatch : He wanted them to 'merge' and be 'reborn' as two new separate entities - which Lucifer refused (after reminding him that, no matter how powerful his father is, he still can't alter his free will or take his willingness). Lucifer escaped from the Presence's Creation. Lucifer's free will cannot be tempered with by the Presence. Lucifer was powerful enough to refuse the Presence's potlatch. Lucifer Morningstar is the key.

An entity created by the dreams of a young, traumatized boy named Sunny. While his appearance may depict that of a small child, Omori is a powerful being within his own dimension of dreams, capable of fighting and destroying planets, as well as beings with arcane powers that defy physics and logic. Omori’s main form of attack, is in that of a knife. Disarming Omori of this knife, while a critical part of lowering his threat level, is not the only aspect to consider. Omori is capable of leveraging the mental trauma that Sunny has endured, and turning them into attacks. Striking with sapient red hands that he can control. Another avenue to consider is Omori’s nature. Despite the power Omori wields, it’s only known directive is to distract and hide Sunny’s delicate mind from the truth of his past experiences. Creating a scenario where Omori is endlessly distracted, could prove an effective solution towards pacifying it. In the event that Omori needs to be permanently removed, the only reasonable methods of achieving this are to extract Omori from his place of origin, which will cause him to fade away, or to assist Sunny with overcoming his past traumas. Therefor removing the need for Omori to exist in the first place.

And Lucifer was able to legitimately overcome his fathers plan,not through force or power.

There is a DC character above him,called "The Writer",who created The Presence on the Overmonitor(which is like The Writers paper).
One way would be to use his dark counterpart,the Great Evil Beast,this wont defeat him but it give him notable difficulty and they are gonna be busy against each other.
And you can get another being,like Lucifer AFTER he overcomes his fathers plan and leaves creation and merging with the void,essentially becoming his own God to team up against him.
Another ludicrus way would be to break the 4th wall and convince the writers at DC to erase the character
A possibility would be to travel to the Marvel universe,since its crossovers with DC are canon and use things like Thanos used to overcome The One Above All,who in crossovers is implied to have worked with Presence to create the crossovers

A contingency plan for Big Jack Horner would be not only interesting, but also quite necessary from Batman's perspective, considering that Jack is almost like him when it comes to taking advantage of the magical items he has as gadgets.
Contingency plan code; Spoon! Subject; the Tick.
The Tick is an incredibly powerful individual possessing super strength, invulnerability, and improvisational skills that are both eccentric & borderline ridiculous, yet still extremely effective. Much like Superman, he is invulnerable to every type of physical damage causing long term injury, although it should be noted he can be temporarily stunned if the impact is great enough. It should be noted that while he does not appear to have direct control over the phenomenon known as 'the toon force', his strength and invulnerability seem to be derived directly from it, and as such, is vulnerable to it's effects.
As such, the contingency plan revolves heavily around this idea, but only if a direct confrontation is unavoidable. As such, I have taken the liberty to set up an obstacle course frought with danger; full of traps that would otherwise be deadly. Most notably are cartoonishly over sized mallets, spike pits, automated weapons turrets, and explosives labeled 'TNT'. While this does not affect the overall output of the explosives, it does pray upon vulnerabilities found in 'the toon force', utilizing this to one's advantage.
That being said, the primary angle of attack will be on a mental front. Like many other people possessing these physical attributes, his mental capacity seems to be barely that of a toddler. As such, it will be the point of initial contact and defense. Simply put, he is not the brightest knife in the crayon box, and is easily distracted by shiny objects; most notably spoons.
Using this apparent weakness against him, I have already taken the precaution of renovating an old amusement park nearby with shiny objects as the main theme. This theme-park lies on the outskirts of a city simply known as...'The City'. Simplistically ridiculous in it's name, I know, but it is effective, and is exemplary in regards to the superheros it attracts. Once lured there, it will be easy to keep the Tick distracted long enough to undue whatever subterfuge is being used; appealing to his unwavering sense of justice in order to break through whatever malicious control is being held over him.
It should be noted that the Tick does have a sidekick named Arthur. While often seen cowering in fear with his signature catch phrase; 'Not in the face, NOT IN THE FACE!!!', it needs to be noted that even though his suit provides no additional offensive or defensive capabilities, it does allow him the full ability of unrestricted flight. While this renders Arthur more or less useless for any Melee combat, he is not to be underestimated! This attitude will quite often cause opposing forces to disregard him as a legitimate threat, often allowing him to operate behind the scenes unimpeded once the enemy's attention becomes focused elsewhere....
This will quite often lead to much needed assistance to the Tick in great times of heroic distress, allowing the Tick to turn the tide of battle to his favor, allowing him to emerge victorious due to the...'unremarkable acts' of his sidekick. As such, it will become vital to recruit Arthur's assistance in re-directing the Tick towards the aforementioned amusement park, or, at the very least, directing the Tick towards a combat neutral zone. The only thing stronger than the Tick's unwavering sense of justice, is his child like wonder, amazement and innocence when confronted with things like shiny objects, cotton candy, and amusement park rides.
As such, the contingency plan revolves primarily around his Sidekick Arthur and his uncanny ability to control, or at least, re-direct the Tick's enthusiasm for justice. Misguided as it may be.... Should this contingency plan fail, I am unsure that even the Justice League could stop him...
I was thinking that the plan might be to transverse the omniverse and find the One Above All and sort it out vs him.

Velvet Crowe was just any ordinary girl from a small village, taking care of her younger brother laphicet, and living with her brother in law Artorias penbrook, aka Arthur. However, after a betrayal by her brother in law, who sacrificed her younger brother to an ancient God, and cutting off Velvet's left arm, she was reborn as a therion, a kind of daemon with the ability to absorb power from other daemons, animals, and even people. She can absorb a person's entire essence by devouring them through her new left arm, which became demonic after her transformation, and even cut people people with her mastery of the blade. She also posses several special abilities called artes, which allows her to use several different elements, such as fire, water, earth, air, and even the demonic power that she wields used via these artes, as well as other non elemental attacks like sending shockwaves through the ground, turning her left hand into a demonic claw to slash at her opponent's, and even sending energy blasts using the souls of those she has consumed. She is very emotional person however, and this is both her greatest asset, and her greatest flaw. Scarred emotionally by not only the death of her brother, but also her sister 5 years prior, the betrayal of a trusted family member left deep emotional scars, that still persists to this day. She believes herself to be in the right on her quest for revenge, despite many atrocities she has committed, but as seen when artorious showed her how pointless her quest of revenge was, and killing someone she didn't mean to, she saw pause in her actions. If convinced that she is actually in the wrong with her quest for revenge, her emotional scars could be reopened, leaving her an emotionally wrecked mess sobbing on the ground. However, this could include the side effect of possible suicidal thoughts, which would not be ideal. She may be a villain, but I sympathize with her loss. Maybe if I could offer to help expose her brother, she would be willing to have a chance at redemption...
