The table cloth is not ironed. The food looks poor quality. No offense miss, you are famous, they will be nice to you. For those who have to pay, don't fly Air India.

The hard and soft products as seen in the video aren't comparable at all to offerings from their contemporary competitors. Simply ages behind. My personal experience has been lackluster service being dished out on the lines of somehow just wanting to complete the task and tick the box. Ms. Bhatnagar probably enjoyed a better service level but definitely not value for money
Very poor experience i entered in business class ,I felt very bad odour and which cold napkin I get ,it was so dirty ,staff 'behaviour is not polite.i will never travel again in air india .The public of India think that under tata group they will get great benefits and experience but it is so worst now.
What's problem with aunties and uncles. They are experienced people and they serve you better. What's your choice pretty face or better service ? I have tried almost all indigenous and one international airline and I rank air india best among them...

I'm sorry but the cabin crews hair was all messed up. That was quite upsetting as she seemed not professional with it. When she should count herself lucky for the opportunity to serve our national carrier.

I would prefer an emirates / Singapore airline econony class than AI business..Hope Tatas can now make it better and competing with other world class airlines.

The worst airline .I have been in air India for once and I HATED IT. The experience was horrible. I went to jfk( new york) and there was no entertainment .The screen was not working ,and only for the announcements it was working. so I took my ipad from the overhead bin.
Damn.., aunties need to be retired.. need some fresh face for the airline.. Gov't should change their policy... jet was way better than this.. i hope jet will be back on flying soon.
