Yes she was wrong for how she ended things with Pope but she was still figuring out what love is and how she feels. JJ did tell Pope he loved him a lot but that's because they are like brothers, and JJ didn't want to accept that someone like Kie could love him and he has a lot of issues leading to that. JJ does love Kiara he's just not great at expressing it and Kie loves JJ. You may not like the couple but they love eachother and are happy.
