    Great Tara. The practice on the cushion needs to be extended to all other areas where you spend your time. Awareness must pervade daily life. Mindfulness should operate at work, home, and shopping centres. Mindfulness confined to the cushion or a practice session will be of little value.
    What you described is observation without the observer. In that state, there is only observation. There is no you in awareness. The beauty is when you are not. That state cannot be described. It is beyond description.
