it’s illegal to be intoxicated in any way with a gun. any time u see a rapper smoking weed w a gun in their hand they’re committing a federal felony lol. it’s actually a really easy “cheat code” the cops abuse to make arrests in inner cities (like detroit where im from) where you need to carry a weapon if you’re in the streets. They pull you over or see you on instagram with a bunch of money but when they search you they cant find any drugs, any illegal weapons, any evidence of a real crime etc? Well if youve got a gun and theres any indication youve even been around weed (instagram pictures, drug test, actual weed in the house/car) they can put you away for 5+yrs

I worked in a bar before Uber or Lyft were around. We dealt with a couple of cab companies that would give a drunk person a discount on the fare. That discount was also good to have them brought back the next day to get their car. One of the companies didn't charge for the first ten miles from the bar to your house. We had business cards that had the bar's name and address. It also had the information for the cab companies. We'd circle the one who took them home. Some people would spend hundreds of dollars to get shit-faced. They were willing to risk having to pay thousands in legal fees and penalties. But, they'd have no money for a cab ride that would cost them less than twenty dollars.

3:50 Bruce was about to explain what a sternal rub is but doesn't follow through. For the curious, it's the application of painful stimulus with the knuckles of a fist to the center chest of someone who is not alert and does not respond to verbal stimuli. It's the most common painful stimulus practiced in the field by EMTs, paramedics, and apparently, cops. There have been cases where bruising happens, so you can imagine the pain involved, as Bruce alluded to.

As a judoka imo the most painful pressure point is on the side of a person's jaw right below the ear where there's a sort of "hole" that your thumb knuckle falls into if you start behind the ear & bring it down to the jawline.
You'll feel the jawbone & be in the hole at the same time. ANY pressure applied here from your thumb knuckle inwards is going to drive you ABSOLUTELY CRAZY.
It's a judo choke hold move to drive the choke into place REGARDLESS of if the person is fighting it etc.
The sternum rub is good & all, but go ahead & place your thumb knuckle where I'm talking about & push it inwards even the smallest little bit & you'll experience instant pain & response from ANYBODY who is STILL living lol.
It's the greatest response technique that you can do on BOTH genders & not be accused of fondling a female etc.

Something similar. About 3am somebody knocks. It’s a young man and a cop. In short, the kid knew the cop was after him and he pulled in my drive and told the cop he lived there. The cop wanted him to prove it. Drunk driving, he got cuffed and stuffed, car towed, wrecked our night with all the lights flashing, commotion, tow truck came, and got some rumors flying, too, I’m sure!
