    Why isnt any of this explained by the specislists in hip surgery and how to attempt to avoid hip replacement? They look at the x-ray or mri and say "bone on bone" or "no cartilage left" and immediately recommend surgery.

      Because the surgeons want money.....they would loose so much if everybody knew about this.😮

    I have hip arthritis (some bone-on-bone) and have been prioritising glute exercises over the other exercises recommended by my physio as a result of watching your recent videos. Do you have any advice on determining when the glutes have been strengthened enough to move on to other leg muscle strengthening exercises. I'm 70 years old and would like to build up general strength in the legs as occasionally one leg has a tendency to 'give out'

    Thanks Dr David. I purchased the H.A.R.P. because I don't want to do hip replacement surgery. I have hip arthritis and Degenerative DISC Disease in lumber region.

      Same I walk a lot everyday and because of this I can’t sit in recliners or soft chairs like couches or car seats it has to be a hard chair where my glutes sit and back or else it starts to ache and burn
