I owned and few things I want to highlight. 1) you will get lot of attention. 2) low end torque is good not great. 3) Mileage is good as well. 4) Pain for Pillion. 5) Driving is agressive so you cannot drive more than hour. Your palm and back will feel the pain 6) Price is bit on higher side. Quality levels are good.

Hey guys, I was interested in the R15. I am a fat guy at 100kg. Hence, i doubt the suspension is tuned for my weight. That would mean I need some suspension adjustment. Especially if I was taking pillion. Are there are reliable options of adjustabe suspension by Yamaha or other trusted brands? Also, the calipers are two pistons. Again due to my weight I need more braking force. In your opinion would they excellent, very good, good, so so, bad, pathetic for my 100kg with a pillion. I prioritize rider and pillion safety. The price would have been justified if it was a 250cc, all that looks and still a 150cc, don't take me as a Yamaha Hater but this one is just a ricer. What will be great? Remove the TCS, remove the Quick shifter, don't need USD forks, swap for conventional forks but atleast big ones like the Gixxer 250, the forks on R15V3 looks like chicken legs. And at last throw in the R25 engine. Then this bike will be treat even at ₹2lac+ mark.💥

Sir but im a professional rider but might be u r better and according to price range and although its a 155cc no complaints about power but sometimes you may notice not power lag its underpower by its body ratio if you see see its fairing then we might expect the power which im talking about and you also got it.but belive it cbr150RR is more better than this yamaha trash. I own cbr250r 2018 abs model. And as much i ride it it gives me knowledge of biking and how to solve an tangled motorcycling in indian roads. Honda is superior for yamaha. Admit it. brilliant review, good and honest points - I know coz I own one. I'm honestly not new to motorcycling, but I bought this bike first for the looks 😅 second, for its superb and accurate handling, third, its maintenance cost. I haven't had big mods to i, it's stock pretty much. traction control I agree, not much of use, I always turn it off. I feel like it's intrusive of top-end power when it's turn on. quick shifter is only smooth on 3rd to 6th gear. but man, the handling in the twisties is absolutely rewarding. head turner too. and yes brakes could be better.
Most reviewers claimed that the suspension is a on the stiffer side as is supposed to be on a sports bike . I am confused as this review tells its soft . I would also like to see review of Meteor and /or Highness/CB350 on this channel.
It's in the middle because it's not adjustable. But when you start pushing say on a race track or if you are on the heavier side it will prove to be too soft

How the hell is this bike praised and liked so much by everyone? Why eith so much high pricing. Why aren't those powerful pulsar 200, 250, 400, apache a better motorcycle? What makes the r15 on top.
It all started when i saw your review in 2012 when Sarge did a PD review of the R15 V2.0 and i was sold and in love with the bike. Sarge you solidified my ever longing want to get the R15. Proudly owning one since 2015, and the bike still outperforms every 200 cc and still feels new.❤
I own it. This bike is subpar, producing excessive noise beyond 6000 rpm. The 155 cc engine feels notably lacking in power. While suitable for school kids, those accustomed to larger bikes will find little enjoyment in it. The engine feels underpowered and vibrates excessively above 6000 rpm.
Looks aur quickshifter toh theek h.. But the end of the day it's low end sucks.. (according to it's price) Had thought of upgrading from my bs4 rtr 160 4v (carburettor variant) but though R15 is faster it's feels slow and lethargic below 5000rpm After test riding R15M, I had started loving my 1604v even more 😂❣️

I am sure in general a Quick shifter works due to settings at certain RPM are attained, and then it keeps working for higher gears at higher than before RPM. Sure Yamaha expects riders to perfect their take off during acceleration, which would also make use of traction control as programmed. So Folks who are used to different tuning of these features on bigger displacement, may find Yamaha's beginner treatment out of comprehension. I got an R3 but if any then It's advisable for newbees to stick to those 'Manual's instructions of QS and TC kick-in intervals, for a perfect beginner Yamaha race career start .

R15M is definitely the sportier of the two in terms of ergonomics and more fun in corners. The SF will be more comfortable and more competitively priced

Think the rear is the same. Don't think it's worth swapping the front as it is still quite soft
it only needs a sticky tire and go fast on corners but well in asia we have every racing parts for yamaha r15 engine go full loaded
Looks a little better than r15 V3 but in performance wise V3 bs 4 is the king
