- Hey everyone, since I'm struggling a little bit to stay consistent on this channel and since I'm getting a few questions about the evolution of some of all those bike projects I thought that I'll make that quick and dirty update video to let you guys know what's going on and what you can expect next ;-) Hope you won't mind the almost 14 minutes straight talk... :-)

Hi there, I know it's been a while since you posted this video but i ask anyway, can you tell me which fork did you use on the bike? i ride a cb1100 bol d'or and I am preparing it to be a cafe racer and i would like to change the fork amongst other things. Thank you 😉👍
Hi, no worries I still have this bike 😊 the full front end is off an RN09 R1. The triple trees are CNC made and the stem as well. 😉
@@brucesmotorcycleshop3729 Ok great thank you, did you use some spacers between the rim to full the space or you took the complete fork+ wheel and just cnc the trees?
Complete R1 forks, front wheel and brakes 😊. You can use the stock triple trees as well if you want and just make a new stem but I did it like that as I had the possibility to do it at my work.
@@brucesmotorcycleshop3729 I would like to buy only the forks and do all the rest because the original wheels are really beautiful, i know it will be a big work to do but it will worth it. I have the possibility to have a 2008-2010 gsxr fork or a 2020 cb650, with your experience, which one will you take? 😅
