Ruby you are a crochet genius. My daughter's are going to LOVE this, in dark blue & black of course lol.. My teenagers are so hard to choose & design for.. Thank you for sharing your talent with us, you are a wonderful teacher & it's greatly appreciated. Please continue to show more tutorials such as these small giftable designs. Its always welcome if its a 1 or 2 row repeat, especially if it's not a yarn hog.. God bless...
I just finished making this and I love it! I have a few mistakes because I used chunky yarn and didn’t do my math and measurements correctly but the mistakes are hard to notices and it still looks great. Looking forward to making more & perfecting this pattern! Thanks!
Thank you to your talent to show and teach step by step to mẹ I am appreciate what you have done for every people too, from you I have learned a lot of stitch also too much the ways how to crochet and get that stuff , THANK YOU TO YOU . bUY
I know its a few years ago, but I have just found this, I am going to be spending today watching and following your video, I love this hat :) thankyou for a fab tutorial.
this tutorial is great for a beginner for many reasons. It is well explained, uses only one skein of yarn, and is a simple pattern with only 3 tipes of stiches. Good luck!
Hi Ruby! This video was recommended to me by RUclips and it’s a great one. I love making hats also and this hood is adorable so I had to subscribe. Thank you for sharing❣️❣️❣️
Love this piece, Ruby! I'll be making one as soon as I finish my current project. You have a lovely model there! The hoodie looked fantastic, especially on her! Thanks for sharing another great project.
I came across your channel a few days ago and i love the things you make. You are an inspiration and i am hooked on your channel. Thank you for sharing your wonderful talents. I am your #1 American fan! Thank you for teaching us so many different styles!!!
I love this!! And the video is explained very well but i have tried to make it a few times but i keep getting lost part way through, because i had to chain more then you did at the beginning, and usually i have a written pattern to follow with videos when i crochet, do you happen to have a written pattern to purchase or for free?
Olá, boa tarde, minha filha vc é simplesmente maravilhosa em tudo que faz, pois tudo que é feito com carinho e amor , sai perfeito, que Deus te abençoe, bjs.
Rudy, love your concept. No stitching the top or back together. Using Red Heart Super Saver, I chained 45. After adding 3 double crochet stitches on the end, my piece measured 12.5 inches. To help myself and others put things in perspective, what length was your first row, including the 3 double crochet on the end? Thanks!
When I’m done with row 3 I only have 75 stitches if I add 2 on row 4 that is only 77 stitch did you miss count or am I doing some thing wrong I do love the hood please help
@@RubyknitcrochetytejidosWow, thank you so much for responding. I'm going to try to make this next week but leave the tassles off and somehow add a button?
at 7:46 you did 3 double crochet in number 37, so the total would be 36+3+36=75. On the next row, you add 1 double crochet on each end, so it should be 75+2, which is 77. Why would it become 78?
I think you still do the 37th stich, then increas by 3, so that stitch has a total of 4 DC in it, Making it 76 and then in the next row with the extra 2 stitches it makes 78
This is so pretty and you explain it so well, thank you for the video! Also, your model for this hat is so adorable!💞

I just made this hoodie and it came out so cute. Thanks for sharing.
Hi
do you also DC in the chain 3
or do you skip DC into chain 3 n go into the next stitch.. love the hoodie is beautiful
I only DC in the Ch 3 when I'm doing the increase in the beginning of that row.
I love your voice💜💜
Randi Vanity Thanks 😊
What size is the needle
OK so im really trying to plan accordingly here. Theoretically, as long as the chain count is multiples of 5 plus 3, I can use any size yarn or hook?
Yeah. As long as your initial chain measurement fits your base to crown properly.
If I wanted to make it slouchy how would I do that?
Complimenti mi piace moltissimo :D Uno Splendido e Sereno 2016 amica mia :D
Grazie amica :-)

You might want to learn the basics. I have been crocheting for years. She did great.
