@@Luksed12 I've noticed a huge improvement in my interactions with women- I feel more confident, engage more both verbally and use of my body language, and I get a lot more women (at university) hugging me when they see me/saying goodbye, touches on my arm and so on. I have noticed women staring at me when I am on the train each morning heading to uni too. This video has definitely worked for me mate! Good question. You may find that hypnosis is much more effective if you listen at a time when you are able to stay awake. Sitting instead of laying down can help.
The hypno is so deep in your brain that you think that you are asleep but instead your mind is saving all of that information and nesting it deep in your consciousness
I have never been able to listen all the way through, I keep falling asleep

I just started listening to this about 3 days ago. I dip into sleep throughout the recording. Is that normal? Is my subconscious mind still absorbing the words? It happens whether I sit up a bit or lay down
