One more good upside down /left handed guitar player is Doyle Bramhall II Doyals' guitar headstock is right way up but strings it upside down like Jimi.

That pick up necklace that he is wearing was made by MJ at the Seymour Duncan custom shop she made several of those and gave them out to endorsing artist at the Nam show last year fortunately since I'm at Duncan artist I ended up with one myself they're very very cool
he's not the only one playing strings upside down there was also a guitarist on crossroads but i can't remember who it was. but the hendrix pedals look and sound nice, thinking about buying one just for the fun. ;D\
Just get any single coil pickup, probably there's some cheap in your local music store, then take off the cover and put a necklace chain through one of the holes on the side.

look at the strings though its actually upside down.. thats not the way Hendrix did it, Hendrix actually changed the nut so the strings would be the normal way. unless i am mistaken .

He's not even close to being the first one to play a guitar strung upside down. Surf guitarist Dick Dale has had that configuration since the 50s.
