A few of my budget favourites since recent times as reminder for the festive season in case you’re in the market for these! Have you tried any of these budget finds for the festive season? Let me know in the comments. All the products mentioned are self purchased. My views are not just based on how these worked for me but also on the basis of studies and research that’s been done on the actives and ingredients in these products. All of the products mentioned are free of any fragrance, alcohols and essential oils. Products I’ve mentioned: 1️⃣. @garnierindia micellar water is a great way to remove sunscreen and makeup before face wash at night. Suitable for all skin types however I highly recommend this for acne prone & sensitive skin. nyk0.page.link/eVEdJ12EakzNVbHG7 2️⃣. @plumgoodness 15% Vitamin C serum is one of my fav vitamin C products in the budget category. It’s suitable for all skin types, provided you introduce gradually into your skin. If you’re a beginner, you might want to first use a 5-10% vitamin C product before investing in this. This can be used AM and PM and is pregnancy & breast feeding safe. nyk0.page.link/zNKRVDWPrtmZDZho8 3️⃣. @lorealparis 1.5% Hyaluronic Acid is an old favourite of mine. It’s something anyone can use. Ensure application on clean skin followed by a moisturiser. This can be used AM and PM and is pregnancy & breast feeding safe. nyk0.page.link/PoWnUYXRfFCwcgWH8 4️⃣. @theordinary 2% salicylic acid is the OG of BHAs. It unclogs pores, treats acne & blackheads/whiteheads. This should not be used more than a few times a week preferably in the PM routine. Please check with your doctor if it’s pregnancy & breastfeeding safe. 5️⃣. Lastly, the @beminimalist__ 5% Marula Oil moisturiser was my go-to in Italy. It’s perfect for in flight skincare and normal/dry skin will love this especially for night time! nyk0.page.link/uJeD4MGfKK3Wje4a9
Hi .. i love your recommendation and they actually work for me. Can you please help me with the blackness around lips. Actually i had an infection in jan and has left darkness around lips .. its faded little bit but its the same for the corners of the lip.
As time went on, my face lost its glow, acquired dark spots and blemishes that seemed to multiply despite my efforts with different skincare routines. After researching a lot, I finally got litttleextra rice berry face serum and began applying it underneath my sunscreen. Weeks passed, and the serum started to work its magic. The spots slowly faded away, revealing a smoother and more even-toned complexion. Apart from this, I began cleaning my face thrice a day. Next, I started drinking water, about 6 glasses per day. I tried to eat less junk food, and I started getting myself involved in physical activities to I could have a wonderful sweat on my face. All this worked, and I got a nice glow on my face.
The rice berry vitamin c serum is definitely worth to use. It has significantly improved my hyperpigmentation in just a few days of use. It gives a glow and has a wonderfully smooth texture. I absolutely loved this face serum and will definitely recommend it.
In the past, my face looked dull. However, I managed to achieve radiant skin, free from pimples and dark spots, by adopting these practices. -: 1. Drinking water at least 3 to 4 liters per day. 2. Eating carrots or drinking carrot juice every day. 3. Using Littlextra Ricebery face wash daily, which is derived from black rice water known for its superior skin benefits compared to regular white rice water. 4. Engaging in intense workouts at the gym and sweating heavily. 5. Performing facial steam or full-body steaming sessions every 18 days.
Having finished a bottle of dermaaco face wash a month ago, I switched to rice berry face wash this month. I believe rice berry worked better and gave me better glow.
might be a promotion but I have tried using riceberry face wash and face serum combo..it really works..have emptied 3 bottles so far and received so many complements for my changed skin texture..so u can go with it
Rule out what your skin type and skin concerns are first and then buy products that target your skin concerns and suit your skin type. For example i have oily and acne prone skin.I bought 2% salycilic acid and 10%niacinamide serums paired with minimalist sepicalm moisturiser which is good for oily skin as it is light and does not clog pores. They work best for my skin.Sunscreen is a must no matter what your skin type or skin concern is.i've been using them for a year now and it changed the game for me.i recently introduced retinol to my skin and i think my skin is tolerating it well
What are your skin goals? What type of skin do you have? Is it sensitive? I highly recommend products from The Ordinary, they're cheaper and better than most brands😁
Following using rice berry face serum by litttleextrra for three weeks, here's what I felt: Pros: It successfully softens and evens out the skin, giving it a gentle glow. I've also noticed a reduction in my genetic dark circles (avoiding the eye area is recommended). It has also helped fade dark spots on my sister's skin. Cons: Personally, mine is dry and dull skin, and using the serum every day exacerbated my dryness. I suggest using it three times a week along with a effective moisturizer to prevent dryness. I haven't seen any noticeable improvement in bronzing or pigmentation issues in first 3 weeks. Update after two months: After almost two months of consistent use, I regard it my favorite serum. It began showing favorable results. My skin glows, dark circles lessened, and dark spots faded a lot. So patience is important when using this face serum.
This vitamin c serum by littttleextra Riceeberry is amazing. It is highly effective and has greatly diminished my pigmentation. It has no fragrance. Is a good match for my skin.

Well, 3 serums all at once really seem too much. Not to mention the sunscreen you'd need with all that vitamin c and silicilic acid.
it really is kinda misleading..not all of our skin can handle that much products at once
Salicylic acid or Glycolic acid won’t be used with vitamin C it may cause irritation or make the vitamin C ineffective..🙌🏿
