Omg! I can't believe you're watching That's My Boy, Mary. I love this movie, man. It made me laugh so hard. 😂 Plus, seeing Vanilla Ice in this movie made it so much better.
This movie was absolutely HATED when it came out but I feel like it’s one of the few Adam Sandler comedies of the last 20 years that people say “you know what? That one isn’t so bad”
Fun football fact Mary! At the beginning when adam Sandler is talking to the guy in the office about his tax situation, the other guy is Rex Ryan, a former nfl head coach for the new York jets, when adam sandler threw the chair and hit the poster, that poster was a picture of tom brady the former quarterback for the new England patriots, the patriots and jets are rivals and play against each other twice every season, and the bobble head on the desk is of the patriots old head coach Bill belichek
Great reaction! Staying with the "Boy" theme and Sandler, you should check out Grandma's Boy. Sandler isn't in it, but he produced it, and all his friends that are in most Sandler movies are in it.
One of my favorite Sandller films, and it also means a lot to me my brother showed me this. A real bonding moment for us, it also reminds me of Billy Madason which I also love.
Other Adam Sandler films to watch include Pixels, Grownups, Grownups 2, 50 First Dates, Punch Drunk Love, Eight Crazy Nights, Uncut Gems, Anger Management, I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry and the Hotel Transylvania films
Co-signed. All those funny SNL songs that people loved in the late 00’s and early 2010’s were Lonely Island. They also made Hot Rod, Popstar, Bash Brothers and Rescue Rangers.
'Steve' was Tony Orlando (minus Dawn), the lead of a big name singing trio in the 70s. They had their own prime time variety show. Their signature song was "Tie a Yellow Ribbon Round the Ole Oak Tree". They were nearly as popular as Sonny & Cher. Great reaction Mary!
Crazy I literally heard about this movie last night and watched it before bed and then I come on youtube and see you recently did this video. I absolutely enjoyed this movie. It's just some dumb, raunchy fun.
This movie is an amnesia machine, much like Mr. Deeds. It's hysterical while you watch it, but you have a hard time recalling most of it after the fact. That's why Sandler includes a big weird gimmick to focus on. In Deeds it's the black foot... in this it's the teacher thing. Love the last minute reveal, and the fact we get Dante and Dr. Shakaloo at the weeding... erm... wedding.
Punch Drunk Love. Nominated Sandler for an Oscar years before "Click" and is regarded as one of Adam Sandler's Best Dramatic Roles alongside... "The Meyerwitz Stories". Also one of Ben Stiller's Best Dramatic Roles as well. These 2 movies shows how GREAT an Actor Adam Sandler truly is.
This movie, along with May December, is based on the story of Mary Kay Letourneau, who in the mid-1990s was an elementary school teacher in her thirties who raped a twelve-year-old student, Vili Fualaau. In 1997, she pleaded guilty to two counts of felony second-degree rape of a child. Fualaau and Letourneau had two daughters together and, after she was incarcerated for several years for her rape of Fualaau, they were married; the marriage lasted from 2005 until they separated in 2019, and she died of cancer soon after that.
I feel like a lot of people were too hard on this movie when it came out. It may not be peak Sandler, but it's a lot better than a lot of his modern comedies and actually has some pretty funny moments.
Mary...Wasuuuup! This is a hilarious movie! Adam Sandler is Crazy Funny as Donnie Burger! Luv the kids name Han Solo! Lol. Lots of older stars in this like vanilla ice, Todd bridges, James Caan and Susan sarandin. Great comedy Mary thanks for sharing!❤️💛
it happens a lot more than people think. Me and my friends were obsessed with Miss Watson, and Mrs Gabiola in High school. I literally asked my 3rd grade teacher to a dance, Miss Delahut...or as we called her, Miss DelaHOT. we were so cringe.
Do watch PUNCH DRUNK LOVE (2002) when you get the chance, which Adam Sandler stars in with direction and script by Paul Thomas Anderson. Speaking of which, Paul Thomas Anderson is also another director to check out, especially MAGNOLIA (1999), THERE WILL BE BLOOD (2007) and INHERENT VICE (2014).
If you're on a comedy binge and you're looking for more Adam Sandler movies I highly suggest the movie airheads it does not get any love in the reaction world but it's a great movie and it's one I believe you will definitely enjoy
You want to know what the crazy thing is that the teacher is played by an actual mother & her daughter. Susan Sarandon as the present day teacher & her daughter plays the younger version of the teacher.
I like how Mary is appalled and surprised by the inappropriate behavior of the teacher towards her student because this crap happens more often than not here in America, but since it's a woman, that inappropriate act is deemed as dismissive or not worthy of viral news stories, while males who engage in this inappropriate act are demonized and pathologized in society. Both are equally heinous and horrible. The pedalistation of women nowadays as innocent, perfect beings has made this quandary a reality.
They made a movie last year about Mary Kay Letourneau, called "May, December" starring Julianne Moore, Natalie Portman and Charles Melton as the 13 year old boy grown up and married, he was critically acclaimed for his performance.
I once met a couple that were expecting their first child. They were very sweet on one another, but something was off. The guy was 21, and his fiance was 13. The girl's mom was totally on board with it "as long as they loved each other" (her words, not mine). They naively went to a county judge to get a marriage license, and he promptly threw the father-to-be in jail for statutory rape. Four years later, he was released for good behavior, his baby-momma was then old enough to get married, and they did get married. They're still together to this day and have many kids. It's weird how things turn out. FYI, I learned more than half of the story after he already went to jail. Otherwise, he'd have been arrested sooner.
My mom and me have watched movies together since I was a kid, this came out when I was a junior in hs and I didn’t think it was gonna be as dirty as it was, but my god my mom laughed harder than anyone in the theater.
US military personnel are not supposed to be in any sort of uniform like the movie shows. The only time you should be in uniform is during work, traveling while under orders, or at a wedding(the actual ceremony only).

This is by far my favorite "Turn off your brain and laugh at some stupid stuff" movie
Just like Out Cold, Waiting, and Grandma's Boy😂😂
I know right? I love comedies about molesting kids.
Perfect casting for the teacher because Eva Amurri is Susan Sarandon’s daughter. This movie was a spoof on the Mary Kay Letourneau situation
Eva is quite a looker...as was her mother when she was younger. Not the classical beautiful faces, but unique and still stunning.
"This movie was a spoof on the Mary Kay Letourneau situation"
Nah, you're thinking of "May December."
@@SallyMankus130 It's this movie too.
Both of them are so hot
@@paulhewes7333 they are classic beauties
Love this movie, and the way Vanilla Ice was such a good sport about his role!
Omg! I can't believe you're watching That's My Boy, Mary. I love this movie, man. It made me laugh so hard. 😂 Plus, seeing Vanilla Ice in this movie made it so much better.
And don't forget " Willis" !!!

Plus.. James Cann, aka "Sonny Corleone" from "The Godfather", as the psycho priest is hilarious.
He was awesome in "Elf" as well. 😂
I'm so glad you watched this movie! It's so dumb, but so fun. There was a time I would watch this almost every day. Happy you enjoyed it!
29:33 Chad flexing for the photo is the most hilarious shit ever.
Apparently the audience in the wedding had no idea what he was gonna say there.
They just said a plot twist was coming up, and to react accordingly.
I can’t believe you reacted to this hilarious movie. Adam Sandler and Andy Samberg are one of the greatest comedy duos ever 😂🤣
The jazz hands gets me every time
I’m sure vanilla ice is loving hearing the big ups for a being a talented actor
This movie didn’t do well at the theaters, but it’s actually pretty good. I’m glad you enjoyed it. 😂❤
One of my favorite Sandller films, and it also means a lot to me my brother showed me this.
A real bonding moment for us, it also reminds me of Billy Madason which I also love.
Such a good film, your reaction is so funny 😂😂
The most Massachusetts thing about this movie was the carrying his clothes in a trash bag aka “Irish suitcase”
Don't forget " Bulletproof" with Adam and Damon Wayans!
IMO this is one of the most underrated comedies ever and gets hate for no reason. Soo many memorable moments and quotes.
2:50 LOL I was not expecting that sound, I'm dead lololol
I absolutely love this movie! The raunchiest Sandler movie and makes me laugh all the time.
Little nicky and thats my boy get better each time.
I still own this movie. It's super funny. 23:18 . "YOU puked on my dress and then fk'd it! 😂 . That is so embarrassing and crazy funny.😂
3:42 I always forget that other kid is in there! 🤣🤣🤣
21:12 She sounds so surprised and sad at the same time 🤣🤣🤣
"If she thinks he's so weird, why is she marrying him?" ...Money.
You should take a gander at "Popstar: Never stop never stopping" Andy Samberg actually has a band called The Lonely Island. Funny songs
Don't forget Andy's best hit "Like A Boss."
Co-signed. All those funny SNL songs that people loved in the late 00’s and early 2010’s were Lonely Island. They also made Hot Rod, Popstar, Bash Brothers and Rescue Rangers.
Everyone should have a copy of Popstar in a box to surprise their friends
Vanilla Ice as Vanilla Ice makes any movie better. Love the reaction
i just saw this movie for the first time like a week ago. amazing timing!
One of my favorite guilty pleasure movies 🤪.
Great reaction Mary and take care and stay safe 👍.
“Why wouldn’t you just get another burrito Todd?” 😂😂😂
You gotta love any review that starts with "once you get past the statutory rape..." 🤣
This movie is pretty outrageous, but it’s also pretty hilarious 😂
Contagiously funny!!!!!!😊😊😊😊😊🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
The edits in this video are so ridiculously hilarious! I lost it so many times! Great reaction!

I’ve worked in that courthouse and cleaned that courtroom many times…imagine my shock knowing it was graced by a Adam Sandler movie lol
Crazy I literally heard about this movie last night and watched it before bed and then I come on youtube and see you recently did this video.
I absolutely enjoyed this movie. It's just some dumb, raunchy fun.
the young teacher and old teacher are actually mother/daughter in real life
Fun fact: Sandlers actual wife was the one giving Donny the massage at the bachelor party!
Fun fact Adam Sandler showed up to Andy sandbergs wedding dressed as Donny Berger in real life
This movie feels like a return to the old Sandler movie vibes.
Another movie like this that’s awesome as well is “Grandma’s Boy”. It’s a happy Madison production sandlers company and all of his usuals in it
My favorite.
That’s actually his wife in real life👌🍒
Such a underrated movie
This movie is constantly moving up the the fav sandler movie list. “Is he atleast adopted?”

When I 1st saw this movie I was like yo.. She's a grown ass woman
This movie is so underrated. Its so dumb, but i laugh more at this movie than most.

This is my favorite movie of all time
Mary that's Susan Sarandon and her actual daughter playing Mary McGarricle. As for Vanilla Ice he flips houses in Florida.
But also RIP to James Caan.
*Eva Amurri
@@__Philip__311 Thank you. I know her best in a movie from the 00's with Mandy Moore, Macaulay Culkin, and Mary Louise Parker called "Saved"

Great reaction! Very under rated flick.
FUN FACT: Eva Amurri who plays Young Ms. Mary McGarricle is the daughter of Susan Sarandon who plays present day Ms. McGarricle.
One of my favorite Adam Sandler movies 😂
Same!!!!!😊😊😊😊😊
This and dont mess with the Zohan are easily in my top 5 Sandler movies. You'd actually be surprised just how often this type of stuff happeneds
You know its a good movie when you have to say "if you can get past the statutory r@pe"

When I was 14, I was in lust with my art teacher! She was Puerto Rican and had 0% interest in me! 💔

I get that this movie is super fucked up but it’s just too funny
nice..alot of the scenes from this were filmed in my neighborhood
You need to follow this up with "Grandma's Boy," another hilarious, under-rated Happy Madison production.
Love this movie another good one is “Don’t Mess With The Zohan” hilarious Adam Sandler movie
This should be pared with May December, perfect double bill!
If you're on a comedy binge and you're looking for more Adam Sandler movies I highly suggest the movie airheads it does not get any love in the reaction world but it's a great movie and it's one I believe you will definitely enjoy
One of the best Adam Sandler movies ever!
It's not an Adam Sandler movie, but 21 Jump Street makes a great comedy reaction.

It wasn't exactly about Mary Kay Letourneau, it was loosely inspired by it.
cameo Dopinder, yes! :)
That incest plot is something you dont wanna write in a movie for a comedy. If it involves dragons and a medieval setting, at least its interesting
TODD's fiance is a classic KAREN
When she read what was on the paper I lost it 💀
You have to check out Popstar: never stop never stopping. It’s stars, Andy Samberg.
Hilarious that the masseuse is his wife lol.
Love the teacher, she’s a Goddess

Me, reading the video title: I hope you carry around a backup pair of underwear like Han.

The greatest Adam Sandler movie ever
“It’s not like her last name is Ice” 🤣
Best movie ever 🍻🔥!!! Donnie Burger is a king lol🤣
Anorher fantastic reaction Mary ❤❤😁😁.
Filmed in my hometown. Met Vanilla Ice in my mall when he was in town filming. The strip club was an old lumber warehouse behind the mall.
4:02 Imagine Donny's father asks him to show the exam paper, sees the teacher's note and goes, "What does that mean??"😂😂
Rex Ryan (former head coach of the NY Jets) getting mad that about his favorite Tom Brady poster getting ruined always makes me laugh.
That's a good movie funny but good movie 🎬 ❤️ I actually watched all Adam Sandler movies and I did laughed my self off 😆 ❤
