The perfection level in this industry is no joke. In rehearsal a model got swollen from ankle down to her foot-palm, I got yelled for giving painkiller to her. U cant walk? Ok wear sandals but u must be there. A show director once left in the middle of the show bcs one messed her walk.

I don't like how they speak about the CEO because if she wasn't like that she wouldn't be respected and wouldn't be the CEO. Let's be honest if the CEO's are not strict enough some of the people who will be working with them will not do great as it is now. Sometimes you got to learn in a hard way.
