The fact is HYBE's building is at least 5~8 times more expensive regarding the location and its size of the building. However, I heard that HYBE building is rental, they dont own the office.

The building was made with bigbang, 2ne1, akmu money guys!! The construction started in 2017! Blackpink couldn't be part of the financial aspect back then. The plans were finalized in 2013! Even Bobby said soo when he did tour in kingdom.. he might have financed some toilets😂 he said.

Not contradicting you but I feel in construction not all the payment is given before the construction completed in some cases the construction is done but the money still not paid and paid even after 2 years or 3 years later we can't say much as we don't know exact thing😊
@@shinee_lamethey would need to finance with banks etc to have the building constructed - a process that takes into account current finances, not future prospects. so it is true that the building was able to be built to the YG artists before blackpink.
yg got some good food in there cafeteria plus they pay their artist well and don't like to overwork their artist i just wished they would gie their artist free reign on music and more projects but one thing that will forever my favorite is yg helps the community for the longest doing charity's and helps kids and mre on their foundation they are the only kpop company that helps more on the community all can look it up yg charities and donation

I think the biggest problem being YG artist is that you have too little work compare to other entertainment companies, YG treats their artists pretty well.

ive seen forum for workers that works at each of company sm jype hybe and yg. their workers like their own company (yg) its just that their higher ups usually tend to be very traditional with their decisions unlike any the others who always keep on join new trend in kpop

I have been into kpop for 17yrs. YG Cafeteria is always a hot topic among the industry. Not just because of it's deliciousness and how it is being cooked with love by their cooks but also how it is completely free for it's staffs, trainees and artists.
Mijoo seems calmer in this episode since she know Lovelyz Jiae also part of YG right now. Same agency as Woojae at YG Kplus. Maybe she doesnt wanna ruin the mood that Woojae and PD trying to bring for viewers.

It's not disrespectful. It's the truth. YG themselves published an article saying the money from Blackpink is the reason they're able to build a huge building. Blackpink literally brings in 85% of YG's money.

Nope. You should do your research. YG already earned enough to build the building due to Psy, Bigbang, 2ne1, Ikon and Winner. BP debuted August 2016 and their career take off globally on year 2018.

The nine-storey building, with five additional floors underground, is located right beside the company’s previous headquarters.
With BP rising global popularity...they also help on the construction but not theirs alone. Don't discredit other artists, actors, employees and mgmt. who helped in shaping what YG is today. The world doesn't revolve around BP. Have some shame and do fact checking. Besides, entertainment is not the only business they have.
