- Over the last 8 years we've been documenting our journey through Reggae music at Boomtown.
In this video we look at how the Lion's Den has grown from just a handful of people in a small tent to one of the world's biggest Reggae stages in just 8 years.
As many of you will know, Reggae music has been fundamental in making Boomtown everything it is today; most genres we represent have been influenced by Reggae music in one way or another...
We're extremely happy to finally be able to share this with you all, so please take some time out to watch the documentary. Share it far and wide and let's keep this incredible scene thriving...
One love to all xxx
You don't need to take the Lions Den any further, it's bloody perfect right now! The valley setting is so amazing and perfect for whatever you want - mosh at the front, chilled dance in the middle, or you can sit down at the back and STILL SEE THE ARTIST, it's amazing
what makes boomtown stand out from every other festival is there stage design. Every year seeing what stage they have next always amazes me with it getting more and more complex. keep up the good work!
going boomtown for the first time this summer, can't fucking wait!
will bailey : my first was last year, best experience of my life, see you there this year!

TOTAL LOVE for Boomtown! looking forward next year to be there, from italy, for the third time. I wish I could play in a corner of Boomtown, one day
Rip the lion's den 😪
May it rise from the ashes, bigger and stronger than ever before 🙏
Congo natty nailed it, Underground music isnt getting enough international exposure

Looks amazing. Great vid
still can't believe I'm right there at the front!! 6.43 :D leopard dress n a lighter
DJ Derek. RIP muka.
The insult that is Congo Natty being in this video, his set was abysmal this year! Wheeling up most of the songs, big gaps between a lot of them (up to several minutes worth of silence!) and then he randomly started to do a Bob Marley tribute or something, playing a few in a row and 5 or so in total.
Honestly he seemed to be on another planet, barely able to speak when he got a load of people to come on stage and try to rescue his show - spoiler alert, it didn't work - looked like it took him a few minutes to pick the next song, and seemed to be completely incapable of mixing in the next song so just wheeled up the previous one.
Probably the worst set of the weekend that I saw.
Silly_monk I counted 11 rewinds in total. I still enjoyed it.
you know that he had just recently found out his best friend died right? so yeah, another planet to say the least! bit harsh........
R.I.P tenor fly!
