Never been as proud (in 5 years) to be part of the Boomtown Community as I am now, heartbreaking how much rubbish still got left but I could feeeel the energy of the world changing around me this year. Thank u all ❤👽
So So SO SOOOOO proud to be a part of this family .....so good to see pevrill and his view on the land im usually one of the first on and last off site and its lovely for people to see how beautiful matterly bowl is ......nice to see me pop up a few times .....HUGE love to Lak and Chris and Ryan and all who work so hard to make it happen.....through peace and love we unite one love one tribe one nation .....Mc Twista , Big Al Boomtown crewboss and resident MC
Best festival or event i’ve been to in a lifetime. Thank you so much. One suggestion. Get the artists to encourage people to pick their stuff up. Make it mandatory. Make it part of final song. However smashed people are they can put stuff in a bin!?
Love this so much!! And people who do the Eco bond at the end should get a discount for next year's tickets! It's sad but a lot of people need motivation to help cos they arent actually that aware of the impact :(
You guys are FLIPPIN AWESOME ✨✨ Thank you Boomtown family for all you do to bring this outstanding experience and epic party to the masses. Proud to be part of the Eco Warriorz team this year.. see you in the fields and LARGE UP yourselves! 💚💚💚
I was at Chapter 1, 2 and 3. Went to Chapter 8 on my own and the comparison was nuts. Absolutely loved being part of the evolution and experiencing the growth like a powerful smack in the face at Chapter 8. Now, I believe I was at Chapter -1 as well. I've not had it confirmed, but the info I was given at the time was that Boomtown (Chapter 1) was called Recydrate the West the year before, Chapter -1 if you like? I was at Recyrdrate and we tried to get tickets the following year for it but was told that it was now called Boomtown. Was that bollocks or is that right?
So, Boomtown is actually MASSIVE, a re-usable water bottle is a must a bum bag with plasters, headache tablets & hand sanitiser wellies of course. Some money for food, oh and buy some heat pads for muscle aches because when you're in your tent & freezing bang on of them on you at it'll warm you up!
@@pizzaface4256 My man knows what goes on haha, yeh i know my stuff about festivals but was wondering more so about Boomtown itself? Best arenas? Must-visit venues?
As an idea tent makers need to build bio degradable tents , if people are discarding them, or get people to reuse their current tent. 2 choices here... I reuse all my equipment and cleanup as if I was never there and help clean up other peoples trash along the way
When going into the festival you should charge people with there tent and if they leave without one they should be charged and named and shamed on the website or something like that should get the message across
Their motto 'leave no trace' is a load of bollocks sorry. I've never seen more trash left behind in all my life let alone the vast amount of resources that went into it... fun festival tho but have to be realistic - the munters that go (which is 2/3 of the population) will never be on that wavelength
great party but if you want eco look for off grid solar no generator festivals, avoiding single use plastic is ridiculous next to gas flares and generator powered lighting, totally irrelevant environmentally
As usual it's the fans that fuck things up. Introducing fines for campers that leave trash or banning then from future festivals would be a way to motivate people to be better about leaving no trace, otherwise this nonsense will continue. Talk is cheap actions speak much louder.
The hype is unrealll, remember to bring your own bottles everyone!!

Great vid guys looking forward to my 3rd year! 👍👍👍
August needs to hurry!!
The auto-generated subtitles are hilarious.. "Tons of bats.. about 7 or 8 at the time"
hahaha
Great video, can't wait for my first Boomtown. August hurry up!
RedDawnKing RDK how was your time? A radical city was sick, the whole African vibes were sick in the opener and closer
You all seriously need to talk to the Burning Man Project LLC about how to run a Leave No Trace event.
Track ID at 8:00?
First time going this year, any advice?!

Bring back the Arcadia for a year
