ALWAYS STORE MINT LEAVES WRAPPED IN KITCHEN TOWEL , IN AIR TIGHT CONTAINER THEY SHELF LIFE WILL INCREASE

8:20 khade masale, fry them in ghee/oil, put them in a potli and let it cook in the sauce, remove potli before serving.
